Wikileaks Making Israel Look Good

The U.S. and its allies are struggling to contain the damage caused by WikiLeaks, but there’s one country that needn’t worry much and can actually look at the disclosures as positive publicity: Israel. The documents show that the threat from Iran is not an illusion conjured up by the Zionist lobby and that Israel is not the imperialistic aggressor seeking to dominate and brutalize Palestinians as the country is so often characterized.

Out of all the cables released, none reflect negatively upon Israel, perhaps with the single exception of one where a diplomat says Prime Minister Netanyahu is “charming” but doesn’t keep promises. The documents actually show an Israel that is determined to safely give the Palestinians statehood and that has absolutely no desire to rule over the Gaza Strip and West Bank. One file from June 2009 shows that Israel asked Egypt and the Palestinian Authority to take control of Gaza after Operation Cast Lead would break Hamas’ grip on the territory. As Israel expected, neither one wanted to take on the task. Instead, the Arab world and even the Palestinians’ own representatives chose to sit on the sidelines and condemn Israel in the harshest of terms.

Another cable from February 26, 2009, shows Israel’s commitment to building the infrastructure for a viable Palestinian state in the West Bank. Netanyahu is recorded as talking about “economic peace” through a “bottom up” approach. He explained how he’d bypass the bureaucracy to allow for direct investment to stimulate economic progress so the people of the West Bank could “be offered real alternatives.” He remarked that there was larger anti-Israel protests during Operation Cast Lead in Western Europe than in the West Bank because of the latter’s exposure to the “violent, crazy” Hamas. These aren’t just words. Israelis are working in the West Bank to create a Palestinian state today. An example is how Palestinian farmers are being trained by Israeli agricultural experts. Israelis are also involved in various other Palestinian civic projects.

The WikiLeaks documents also debunk the notion that the dreaded “Israel lobby” is dragging us into war with Iran. The documents show that the Arab world, just as much if not more so than Israel, is shaking in their boots at the prospect of a nuclear Iran and is as equally convinced that their nuclear program is for making bombs, not energy.

Netanyahu articulately explained how these revelations show the reality behind the scenes that vindicates Israel by saying,

Our region has been hostage to a narrative that is the result of 60 years of propaganda, which paints Israel as the greatest threat. In reality, leaders understand that that view is bankrupt. For the first time in history, there is agreement that Iran is the threat.

Either the “Israel lobby” is so cunning that it has seduced the Arab world or Israel is right about Iran and the countries in the region agree about the threat.

The documents also show the Arab hypocrisy on the 2006 Lebanon War. When Israel invaded Lebanon in response to Hezbollah provocations, there was international outcry, especially from the Arab world. Only two years later in 2008, Saudi Arabia, which so ferociously condemned the Israeli invasion of Lebanon, called for an Arab invasion of Lebanon. The Saudi foreign minister told the U.S. that he sought to assemble a NATO-backed Arab League force to enter the country which “would keep out Hezbollah forever.” The Lebanese prime minister endorsed the plan and it was proposed to the Egyptians and Jordanians but the cable didn’t reveal their thoughts on it. The U.S. opposed it because it wasn’t seen as feasible. At least some of the Arab countries wanted to do exactly what Israel did but simply didn’t have the means.

Another cable also justifies some of Israel’s conduct during the 2006 war. Israel was widely condemned for attacks on ambulances that their intelligence indicated were being used as part of the enemy’s war effort. Most of the world chose to believe that Israel would target civilian ambulances because of its evil nature and rejected the justification. Now, it is revealed that an Iranian source confirmed to the U.S. that Iran was using the Iranian Red Crescent ambulances to ship weapons and personnel into Lebanon and also used the organization as a cover to infiltrate Iraq. The source said that he witnessed how one “humanitarian” plane was half-full of weapons before medical supplies were added as a cover.

WikiLeaks may be trying to expose alleged corruption and abuses by the West, but in the case of Israel, WikiLeaks has served more like an unwitting publicist.”

Hugo Chavez, Dictator of Once Democratic Venezuela

Venezuela was never a state like Paraguay or Nicaragua or Haiti.  For generations it had a strong middle class and honorable business traditions.  Until the last decade with the arrival of the thug, Hugo Chavez and his policies of divide and conquer and takeover.

He is in the news yet again strenghthening his power to rule.   The following is a report by Fausta Wertz ….at HotAir:

http://hotair.com/archives/2010/12/18/chavez-not-allowing-a-disaster-to-go-to-waste-seeks-dictatorship/

Republicans Stop Dream Act ‘bribery’

Ed Morrissey at HotAir writes the following:

“Another day, another waste of time by desperate Democrats in the lame-duck session:

Senate Republicans have blocked a bill to grant hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants brought to the United States as children a chance to gain legal status if they enroll in college or join the military.

Sponsors of what they call the Dream Act needed 60 Senate votes for it, but fell five short. The House passed the bill last week. It was a last-ditch effort to enact it before it Republicans take control of the House from Democrats in January.

Daniel Foster at NRO did the head count:

Among Republicans, only Sens. Bob Bennett of Utah, Richard Lugar of Indiana, and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska voted for the bill.

On the Democat side, Sens. Jon Tester of Montana, Max Baucus of Montana, Ben Nelson of Nebraska, Mark Pyror of Arkansas, and Kay Hagan of North Carolina voted against the bill.

In an update, Foster notes that Joe Manchin of West Virginia also opposed cloture.  Like Lugar, Manchin has to stand for re-election in 2012.  It will be interesting to see Lugar attempt to defend this vote in a primary fight in a little over a year, a fight he’s probably guaranteed himself today.  Even if one thought that the act had some merit, why would Lugar vote to pass it in a lame-duck session — especially since the budget has yet to be addressed, as well as the START treaty that he has hinted at supporting?

The other Democrats opposing the bill aren’t much of a surprise, except perhaps Kay Hagan in North Carolina.  Looks like she’s hearing footsteps, too, even though she’s not up for her second election until 2014.

It’s yet another miscalculation by Reid in a rapidly-closing window of opportunity.  If he didn’t have six of his own caucus in hand, why press the matter at all?  Reid raised expectations and then dashed them, a bad strategy in politics.   Thankfully, it’s also another denial of a significant imposition of policy by a Congress that voters rejected six weeks ago.”

Pray That John Boehner And His Conservatives Don’t Act and Enact Like Obama and His Democrats!

Nancy Pelosi is one of the ugliest people in public life  America has had to endure for maybe a generation or two.  Bill Ayers qualifies and so does Harry Reid if one doesn’t mind comparing Cobras to a scorpion.

I am not joking.  These are all ambitious people whose ambitions drive them.  That is what they value more than their country and the damage they do every day they serve government.    Democrats these days including some of the Blue Dogs, that is those of  the national stripe  are devious, secretive, disingenuous, duplicitous, nasty and devoid of passion for the country they have been ruining to “pass the peoples’ legislation all done by popular cliche.

This is not the Republican Party of today, and for the most part hasn’t been for most of my lifetime.   Exceptions would certainly include  individuals more than any movement doing America  damage….Richard M. Nixon, Joseph R. McCarthy of yesteryear and the DeLay guy from Texas who is about to go to jail for his money laundering in  particular  and his character in general.  Republican culpability in the weakening of America lies in their passiveness to the eggregious of these leftwingers.   They become ‘almost Democrats’ hoping to be re-elected and re-elected.

Republicans for the past fifty years have learned to be wimps.  Only Ronald Reagan made them muscle up for a few years.   But they never really listened to his America as he described it.  After all, these Republicans go to the same Marxist schools, read the same newspapers, go to the same movies, which train America’s Left.

Only the vastly ignorant or the politically motivated can make the claim that there is no difference between the Parties and their politicians.    The honest and honorable like the Doug Schoens are a dead breed  among Democrats in Washington these days.  If they exist, they are silenced…..or like Senator Jim Webb of Virginia become  civilized only when it becomes a  political need.

John Boehner is entering the spot light in Washington.   The American Press, all the Marxists in the universities, the entertainment industry and all of the other Lefty organizations  have begun to ridicule him already.   He is the Republican Congressman from Ohio who will be replacing Ms. Pelosi, the pampered, privileged, and fanatically ugly Ms. Pelosi.  He will be hated primarily because he is nothing what Ms. Pelosi is.

He comes from the American dream….It turns out he has a hard time talking  about himself in this context.  He is a modest man…..something the Left would  claim….”He has a lot to be modest about”, which is what the Left does these days, led by the president himself, Barack Hussein Obama who exudes the antithesis  from things ‘modest’.

Representative Boehner has already been ridiculed by the more intelligent Left by having the family name, Boehner, which the Left prefers to pronounce the  OE morpheme as a long O in order to bring chuckles to their kind.

What else can one expect from a conservative Republican but a name like Boner….(to the Left anyway?)  is the Lefty’s calculstion.  Since the administration of Harry S. Truman, Democrats with or without intelligence sing in unison to make the country believe it is the Republicans who are born ignorant and remain ignorant all of their lives.

The New York Times and Harvard University tell them so.

Rep. ‘Bayner’ has a characteristic beyond the Democrats’ pronouncing his  name.  He has the Dennis Prager syndrome.  The same syndrome which afflicts me so often when I am alone listening to my Beethoven or in public singing the National Anthem or thinking and discussing something about Abraham Lincoln or the Civil War…..and many other such topics.

Dennis Prager wept during the first fifteen minutes of his radio show the day after the first Tuesday of November in 2004, when one of the most devious Americans  of our lifetime, JFK, was kept out of the White House by the state of OHIO.  I shall always love OHIO for its heroic deed of that day.

I choked up some when John Boehner on television, couldn’t finish his reflections of his own background.  This is a good man….a very good man.   Whether he will be a good politician and leader remains to be seen.  Being a good person is usually  a good beginning, but one has to have 1. an understanding of  the cultural spirit of  America by knowing its struggles, strengths and weeknesses and 2. have the guts and determination to keep that America alive and well withing the atheistic, anarchistic Marxist attacks upon it, and 3. to explain the reasons for being a democrat carefully and frequently for such lessons are no longer taught in the country’s educational systems.

If Mr. Boehner and his fellow conservatives identify their America clearly before the public and demonstrate clearly  why their legislation will achieve strengthening America, they have come to Washington to do their duty.

They are not  to bribe for votes.  They are not to pander for re-election.   As Governor Christopher Christie of New Jersey has clearly stated….”I have come here to govern.  I am not interested in an escape hatch.  You know why politicians want and escape hatch? so they can be re-elected.  I am not interested in getting re-elected.  I have a job to do.”

Dear conservatives……You have  sent to Washington Americans to do their  duty, not to become a Democrat Party Potentate for Life. (DPPL)

Our America is in deep trouble, trouble  which goes far beyond its financial instability.  It is morally, legally, socially, educationally spiritually unstable as well.

What the American people need from its representatives  is 1)  they clarify the major problems 2. they honestly inform their  consituents what the most critical issues are that need ‘cure’,  that  3) they  legislate honestly to solve those problems, and above all 4) that they remember  life itself is a process that tells the real story of who they  are and what their and our  country will become.

The main reason the Pelosis, Obamas and Reids, their unions, their universities, their  Maxine Waters racists and their Frank Riches of the New York Times have become so foul and devious comes from the reality that Marxism is a very, very hard sell to foist on a democracy.   Free peoples do not often willingly vote themselves into the slavery of government forced equality unless they are deceived……unless, of course, they are sufficiently bribed.

Help set a new standard of behavior

Racial Panderings as in the Dream Act Must Be Defeated Now and In the Future

As with all legislation coming from America’s Marxist Left, what is seen in big print of any bill usually hides the cancers located in the back and middle of the bill.   One should always understand that the purpose of this and similar legislation is to marry the Marxists to the Latinos as it has imprisoned the American black population for the past 50 years subjecting this group in the the plantation life of second class citizenship where the Politica Bosses dictate the basic rule of political and then social life.

There is nearly nothing in legislation that these Marxist Democrats craft with any purpose than to continue their coup d’ etat against traditional American democracy based on the principles of E Pluribus Unum, Liberty, and In God We Trust.

Marxism could never succeed if examined in the open air and bright sunlight.  It is in the darkness of contemporary Democrat Party subterfuge that bills are written and enacted.   For every one such evil committed by Republicans there are countless perpetrated by the American Left and today, its Party of Barack Hussein Obama……the gifted leader of Marxist double talk….what Mr. Charles Krauthammer calls the president’s constant disingenuousness.

Force all politicians to conduct their legislative business in fact and in writing in the open air of the people’s democracy.

And another piece of advice…..get more acquainted with the Tea Party movement.   We can thank these Americans for rekindling the American conversation.   Listen to them….join them…..help restore America to America.

This following article does not include much of the insidious rot of the bill which provides aid, services and comfort to illegal immigrants imprisoned for crimes than is offered any free citizen of these United States.

The defeat of this bill is a temporarly one.   The Obama Left racists are interested in gaining and retaining  political POWER, not in what is good for the country.   Think for yourselves.  Seek knowledge freely.

The following is from the Washington Post, written by Shankar Vedantam:

“Whenever Rep. Luis V. Gutierrez (D-Ill.) and other immigrant-rights advocates asked President Obama how a Democratic administration could preside over the greatest number of deportations in any two-year period in the nation’s history, Obama’s answer was always the same.

Deporting almost 800,000 illegal immigrants might antagonize some Democrats and Latino voters, Obama’s skeptical supporters said the president told them, but stepped-up enforcement was the only way to buy credibility with Republicans and generate bipartisan support for an overhaul of the nation’s immigration laws.

On Saturday that strategy was in ruins after Senate Democrats could muster only 55 votes in support of the Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act, a measure that would have created a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants who were brought to this country as children. Under Senate rules, Democrats needed 60 votes to overcome Republican opposition to the bill. The House of Representatives had passed the measure earlier this month, 216 to 198.

The irony of the DREAM Act’s failure is that it had strong bipartisan support at the start of the administration, and advocates believed it could generate momentum for more controversial policy changes.

But as the country’s mood shifted on the issue of illegal immigration, support among Republicans and some Democratic senators evaporated, with many decrying it as backdoor amnesty for lawbreakers. Even a former co-sponsor of the DREAM Act, Sen. Orrin G. Hatch (R-Utah), voted against it.

“This law, at its fundamental core, is a reward for illegal activity,” said Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), who led Republican opposition to the measure. “This is an amnesty bill because it provides every possible benefit, including citizenship, to those who are in the country illegally.”

Virtually no one believes immigration overhaul is possible in the next two years, given the views of many members of the incoming Republican majority in the House.

Now many immigrant-rights supporters are second-guessing the president’s efforts to woo Republicans by ramping up deportations.

“It is a strategy which has borne no fruits whatsoever,” Gutierrez said. “This administration has unilaterally led the march on enforcement, yet the other side has not given one modicum of compromise.”

“If you really want to bring Republicans to the table,” he added, “so long as they are getting everything they want, every piece of enforcement, why, why would they come to the table?”

At a recent press briefing, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano denied that the administration had increased deportations to bring Republicans to the bargaining table.

“I don’t view it as a quid pro quo,” Napolitano said. “We enforce the law because we took an oath to enforce the law.”

But a senior administration official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity in order to speak candidly, said that although there was no explicit quid pro quo, the administration had indeed hoped that tougher enforcement could create a new climate where legislative compromise became easier.

“One of the arguments that gets trotted out regularly is that the government can’t do its job,” the official said. “We believe the government can do its job, and our work hopefully is evidence of that.”

Being tough enough

Latino groups pushed hard for passage of the DREAM Act, mobilizing thousands of students to campaign for the measure across the nation and the Washington area. They went on hunger strikes, conducted prayer vigils, and organized holiday food drives and Thanksgiving dinners with citizens.

The DREAM Act would have given hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants brought to the United States before age 16 a chance to gain legal status if they have been here for five years, have graduated from high school, have no criminal record and attend college or serve in the military for two years.

“I am not asking for just a vote for the DREAM act today,” said Sen. Richard J. Durbin (D-Ill.), who tried, along with Gutierrez, Napolitano, Education Secretary Arne Duncan and others, to round up enough Republican votes for passage. “From some of my colleagues, I am asking for much more — I am asking for a vote of political courage.”

But the Obama administration miscalculated conservative antipathy on the subject of immigration, said a senior Democratic Hill staffer, speaking on the condition of anonymity since he was not authorized to talk about the issue. Even as the administration stepped up deportations, conservatives charged Obama with being too soft on the country’s estimated 11 million illegal immigrants.

“Short of marching these people naked over the border at the point of a bayonet, there is no such thing as being tough enough” for those who want to target illegal immigrants, the staffer said.

Immigrant-rights advocates believe the issue will reverberate through the 2012 elections. Obama will have to persuade Latinos — who turned out for him in record numbers in key states in 2008 — to do so again, despite the lack of progress on legislative initiatives. For Obama to get into trouble, Hispanics don’t have to switch sides on election day – they just have to stay home, Latino leaders said.

Republicans, meanwhile, have discovered that they can talk tough on immigration and still appeal to Latino voters by picking conservative Hispanic candidates. That produced three significant Republican victories in 2010: Marco Rubio captured a Senate seat in Florida and Susana Martinez won a gubernatorial race in New Mexico, as did Brian Sandoval in Nevada. Rubio is already being mentioned by some as a vice presidential pick.

Pain without gain

Ali Noorani, who heads the National Immigration Forum, an immigrant-rights group, said Obama faces a dilemma going forward.

Republicans would now cry foul if the administration eased up on deportations, he said. But Latinos are losing patience with a strategy that has produced pain without gain for their families and communities.

“The administration is in a pickle of epic proportions,” Noorani said. “They are going to feel incredible pressure in the House to increase enforcement, and the record shows they will continue to increase enforcement of a broken immigration system. On the other hand, candidate Obama will need those same Latinos, Asians and other immigrant voters to come out for him in record numbers. How do they square that circle?”

The senior White House official said the administration has no plans to pull back on enforcement just because Republicans were unlikely to support a bipartisan overhaul of immigration laws in the next two years.

“In the short term, there is not a lot of evidence [Republicans] will come forward, but our response is not going to be to dismantle immigration enforcement,” the official said.

Top Thieves in the Senate Omnibus Bill Sabotaging the American Dollar

These criminals of the night are corrupting America.  Remember their names, even those who were defeated in the November election.   Candidates dead after an election, especially Democrats have a habit of showing up as appointments in the next Party-run administration.   Democrats have nothing else to do but leach onto government jobs…..or propagandize at your local university.

Thank you to Roger L. Simon at Pajamas Media for this article, “The Omnibus Bill’s “Hit Parade” of Senatorial Theft.”  He has a terrific list of the more evil Senators thieving in the night……17 Democrats and 3 Republicans!

“Thanks to the perspicacious Jamie Dupree, the 1,924 page Omnibus Budget Bill has revealed a “hit parade of senatorial malfeasance.” It’s a long list but, for your convenience, here are the Top Twenty “Earmarkers” in the Senate:

  • Cochran (R-MS) 230
  • Wicker (R-MS) 199
  • Murray (D-WA) 172
  • Harkin (D-IA) 152
  • Reid (D-NV) 129
  • Menendez (D-NJ) 123
  • Feinstein (D-CA) 121
  • Lautenberg (D-NJ) 120
  • Lincoln (D-AR) 114
  • Inouye (D-HI) 113
  • Schumer (D-NY) 106
  • Johnson (D-SD) 105
  • Landrieu (D-LA) 104
  • Specter (D-PA) 103
  • Pryor (D-AR) 96
  • Levin (D-MI) 93
  • Stabenow (D-MI) 91
  • Boxer (D-CA) 90
  • Brown (D-OH) 87
  • Grassley (R-IA) 86

How bad are these legislators? Pretty bad, I would say. I think there is actually an argument for calling them criminals. After all, what are they attempting to do? They are taking the American taxpayers’ money — your money — and distributing it in near complete secrecy, with virtually no discussion and as quickly as possible, to their friends, supporters, pet projects, etc.

That sounds like theft to me. At the very least, it’s a form of Congressional Money-laundering.

But what do I know? I’m not a lawyer.

Are there any heroes in all this? Well, it’s clear the Republicans are somewhat less likely to engage in this execrable activity, though the top Two on the Hit Parade are Republicans from Mississippi (Cochran and Wicker).

Speaking of which, the size of the state does not always correlate with the number of potential earmarks. It’s no surprise that my home state senators — Feinstein and Boxer — have loads of friends and pet projects to reward. Besides being the most populous state, California operates these days with a certain (and evidently growing) level of corruption. But little Iowa? Grassley squeaks in at number twenty — and there at number four is Tom Harkin. Well, on second thought, we shouldn’t be surprised. A man who lies about his military service should be more than willing to shove a hundred or so hidden expenditures down the throat of the American public at a time of economic crisis. What a creep.

Also high on the earmark Creep Parade — Arlen “On My Way Out” Specter and Carl “I’m so Liberal and Righteous” Levin. Washington’s Patty Murray, who just got reelected by a whisker, is at number three, assuring her home state supporters she knows where her bread is buttered. These people have no shame, obviously, nor does the President of the United States, who himself promised an end to earmarks and is now backing this massive theft from the American people. (And Clinton was impeached for lying about sex!)

But, yes, there is a hero in all this and his name, ironically and to the astonishment of some conservatives, is John McCain. He, above all the men and women in the US Senate, is walking the walk and talking the talk in opposition to this horrific bill and to earmarks.”

Comment:   Wake up, America.  It’s your country these thieves are bankrupting.

Loonies Suing the Public Schools over “Boobies” in a Philadelphia Court

Folks, in America, you deserve the government and its “justice” you get, the good and the bad.

Today your courts “suck”, your schools “suck”, your government “suck”, your culture “sucks”, your drug habbit suchs,  and your language is foul.

For the past several decades our children have been used as billboards and manikins, almost entirely by the loony Left to propagate their various diseases.   Most infections  have attacked  anything Christian and otherwise valuable to a civilized society, such as allowing schools do what schools in a democracy are supposed to do ……teach knowledge.

Follow this case now wasting American taxpayer dollars to satisfy a tussle supposedly endangering America’s freedoms of speech.  What respect can anyone maintain for a court system and  a school system when in both cases juvenile delinquents seem to be in charge.

This unfortunate story is from the Philadelphia Inquirer and was written by Nathan Gorenstien.

“U.S. District Court saw some awkward moments today as a judge heard arguments about whether boobies is a vulgar word and therefore can be banned by school administrators.

The case came to court in Philadelphia after the Easton School District forbade the wearing of the “I (Heart) Boobies” bracelets, and suspended two eighth-grade girls who refused to remove them.

The students said the word wasn’t offensive to anyone and that a ban on the bracelets violated their right to free speech.

The school district said other students might consider the word vulgar. In addition, girls wearing the bracelet might inadvertently encourage bad behavior by their male classmates. Administrators said that since the school code does not allow vulgarities they have the right to ban the wrist bands.

But how to define vulgarity?

Two girls took the witness stand to talk about boobies and whether the word might encourage a 13-year-old boy to reflect on something other than cancer awareness.

The school district lawyer with the task of quizzing the girls – one 13, another 12, – was John E. Freund III, who tried hard to be gentlemanly about it.

“No reason to be nervous,” he assured the two Easton Area Middle School students.

The teens were composed as they took the stand before Judge Mary McLaughlin.

“That phrase, ‘I Love Boobies,’ do you see any other meaning to that? Say especially from boys’ perspective?” Freund asked 13-year-old Brianna Hawk.

“No.” Hawk said.

“Do you thinks boys would have a natural attraction to girls breasts?” Freund asked.

“Yes,” Hawk said.

“So couldn’t it possibly mean something else?”

“No,” insisted Hawk, because in the context of the bracelet that simply was not possible, she said.

Kayla Martinez, 12, conceded some boys could behave in a less than mature fashion. But they, she said dismissively, are boys who “act like they are two.”

The bracelets are part of an advertising campaign by the Keep a Breast Foundation, a small, Los Angeles-based nonprofit. The foundation teaches girls how to prevent and detect breast cancer. Sales of the bracelets fund its mission.

Hawk and Martinez said they had permission from their parents to wear the bracelets, even after they learned the school had banned them.

The girls were suspended for a day-and-a-half for “defiance, disruption and disrespect,” after refusing to remove the bracelets and then giving each other a “low five” as they were escorted to the administrator’s office.

Their parents approved the American Civil Liberties Union stepping in to handle the suit.

A public relations executive for the foundation resisted agreeing on the stand that boobies could have a sexual connotation, but acknowledged a porn star had asked to market the bracelets. The nonprofit turned her down, the executive said.”

Comment:  Twelve year olds should  not be defining  the word “vulgar” for  the community as a whole.   The feminized  world may object to this rule of discipline, but this world is not interested in solving problems.

It may be a surprise for everyone in Leftwing America, the feminist loonytune  nation we seem to have  today,  but when I attended public school in a center (inner) city of the Twin Cities,  there was never a  problem with teenagers,  misfits or otherwise, bringing ‘Boobies’ news into the classroom or school building, whether as an ad, a provocation, or both, as seems to be the case in Philadelphia?  There weren’t any loonytunes court cases then either.   The nation was poorer, but the nation was NOT feminized.

Today’s  loony, feminized college graduate Lefty glibly would respond that the students were too  sexually repressed and that the racist  Christians who ran the school were part of the police state cadre which brutalized the country.  No one felt th students’  pain.

And Christians did run  the public school system 70 years ago and beyond.   Have you ever looked at a MacGuffy Reader?    And, fortunately,  twelve, thirteen and fourteen year olds were indeed, sexually repressed and lucky for them, their parents, and the community at large.

The American public school in mid-America then, was a safe and civil place to be for teacher and student alike.  The purpose of those in this public school system was to teach knowledge.   The gathering of knowledge was called a discipline.   The dissemination of knowledge was called a discipline.  It was natural to believe that disciplined order would become  the cornerstone of the institution.  Even when women ran the show, the environment was still masculinized.   One was to be responsible for ones actions.

Ten year olds, twelve year olds, fifteen year olds, eighteen year olds WOULD NOT and should not be deciding what would be ‘kosher’ in the American public school, neither in choice of curriculum, in choice of behavior, or in choice of politics.

THE AMERICAN PUBLIC SCHOOL USED TO BE RUN BY ADULTS!

The leftwingers of the ACLU and among  the judges of our courts apparently aren’t aware of this..

Our court system must be reviewed.  No loonies right or left or those in general should use the American court system to assist plaintiff embezzlement, extorting money from either corporate America, the individual or the State.

But America’s attorneys are Democrats.   Not only do they pay the Democrats for their supper, they also occupy the benches in the court system where judgments are decided and, worse yet, they  occupy seats  in our Congress and state legislatures where they write the laws for their judgments  which are destroying the America of opportunity we used to know and love.

Charles Krauthammer Crowns Obama As “Comeback Kid”

Charles Krauthammer write the following at Investors:   “Comeback Kid? Obama Leaves Clinton in Dust.”

“If Barack Obama wins re-election in 2012, as is now more likely than not, historians will mark his comeback as beginning on Dec. 6, the day of the Great Tax Cut Deal of 2010.

Obama had a bad November. Self-confessedly shellacked in the midterm election, he fled the scene to Asia and various unsuccessful meetings, only to return to a sad-sack lame-duck Congress with ghostly dozens of defeated Democrats wandering the halls.

Now, with his stunning tax deal, Obama is back. Holding no high cards, he nonetheless managed to resurface suddenly not just as a player but as orchestrator, deal maker and central actor in a high $1 trillion drama.

Compare this with Bill Clinton, greatest of all comeback kids, who, at a news conference a full five months after his shellacking in 1994, was reduced to plaintively protesting that “the president is relevant here.” He had been so humiliatingly sidelined that he did not really recover until late 1995 when he outmaneuvered Newt Gingrich in the government-shutdown showdown.

And that was Clinton responding nimbly to political opportunity. Obama fashioned out of thin air his return to relevance, an even more impressive achievement.

Remember the question after Election Day: Can Obama move to the center to win back the independents who had abandoned the party in November? And if so, how long would it take?

Answer: Five weeks. An indoor record, although an asterisk should denote that he had help — Republicans clearing his path and sprinkling it with rose petals.

Obama’s repositioning to the center was first symbolized by his joint appearance with Clinton, the quintessential centrist Democrat, and followed days later by the overwhelming 81-19 Senate majority that supported the deal.

That bipartisan margin will go a long way toward erasing the partisan stigma of Obama’s first two years, marked by Stimulus I that passed without a single House Republican and a health care bill that garnered no congressional Republicans at all.

Fooled Again

Despite this, some on the right are gloating that Obama had been maneuvered into forfeiting his liberal base. Nonsense. He will never lose his base. Where do they go? Liberals will never have a president as ideologically kindred — and they know it. For the left, Obama is as good as it gets in a country that is barely 20% liberal.

The conservative gloaters were simply fooled again by the flapping and squawking that liberals ritually engage in before folding at Obama’s feet. House liberals did it with ObamaCare; they did it with the tax deal.

Their boisterous protests are reminiscent of the floor demonstrations we used to see at party conventions when the losing candidate’s partisans would dance and shout in the aisles for a while before settling down to eventually nominate the other guy by acclamation.

And Obama pulled this off at his lowest political ebb. After the shambles of the election and with no bargaining power — the Republicans could have gotten everything they wanted on the Bush tax cuts retroactively in January without fear of an Obama veto — he walks away with what even Paul Ryan admits was $313 billion in superfluous spending.

Presidential Vanity

Including a $6 billion subsidy for ethanol. Why, just a few weeks ago Al Gore, the Earth King, finally confessed that ethanol subsidies were a mistake. There is not a single economic or environmental rationale left for this boondoggle that has induced American farmers to dedicate an amazing 40% of the U.S. corn crop — for burning! And the Republicans have just revived it.

Even as they were near-unanimously voting for this monstrosity, Republicans began righteously protesting $8.3 billion of earmarks in Harry Reid’s omnibus spending bill. They seem not to understand how ridiculous this looks after having agreed to a Stimulus II that even by their own generous reckoning has 38 times as much spending as all these earmarks combined.

The greatest mistake Ronald Reagan’s opponents ever made — and they made it over and over again — was to underestimate him. Same with Obama. The difference is that Reagan was so deeply self-assured that he invited underestimation — low expectations are a priceless political asset — whereas Obama’s vanity makes him always needing to appear the smartest guy in the room.

Hence that display of prickliness in his disastrous post-deal news conference last week.

But don’t be fooled by defensive style or thin-skinned temperament. The president is a very smart man. How smart? His comeback is already a year ahead of Clinton’s.”

Charles Krauthammer is my favorite political analyst guru.   I also love his wit.  He is less conservative on some social issues than I would like him to be, but I value enormously his views on anything he views.

Let’s face it.  This is the country’s best political analyst on television and beyond I suggest, but I don’t want to seem too immodest.

I do not think he strikes the correct tone with his article.   Obama may have come out a winner as he suggests.  I don’t think he will.   He was forced into this crisis of late minute legislative chaos by his Congressional people…..and they may have planned that from last year or so.  Throughout this month, he has looked very week.  Then Thursday the Omnibus bill appeared, $1,300,000,000,000 and more were going to be added to the $850,000,000  tax bill compromise with the Republicans to continue the present federal income tax rates.

Part of the Bill Clinton comeback includes his victory over Bela Lugosi of 1996, Bob Dole.

Moreover Bill appears to be a very  pleasing, friendly human being when he hides his temper, his promiscuity, and when he isn’t  mean and vile when in one of his rages.   He has a very useful sense of humor.

The current president has no sense of humor, is always angry just under the skin, attacks his political competitors constantly, even when he makes agreements with them.   His tongue is sarcastic and forked.

I strongly believe the vast majority of adult Americans sense his anger, his unpleasantness……his person who attended Jeremiah “Goddamn America” Wright’s church in Chicago.    He possesses seething.    His adolescents in college won’t pick that up and his racial brothers and sisters don’t care about such sublties….They are interested in Race.

American independents vote personality and then politics usually.   Obama has no winsome personality.

We shall have to see how president Obama recovers and how he will work with the people he hates…..hates at least in his preachments…..but I think his hate is visceral.   He is black and a Marxist, both with feelings.

His abrasiveness will become more evident to the public as he fights with the people he hates.
