Will the pinched people of the North Star State pinch Amy Klobuchar from her Senate Seat?
Let us hope so.
Kurt Bills suggests the following regarding:
OBAMACARE
Folded, stapled, spindled, shredded, and then incinerated. Then the ashes can be swept into the dustbin of history, where all bad ideas eventually go to die. That’s what I plan to do to the Obamacare law once I get elected to the Senate……… After I vote to repeal it.
Obamacare started as a bad idea, and then got infinitely worse once the horse-trading started in Congress. And despite the thousands of pages of written law, hundreds of thousands more have yet to be written up by the bureaucrats who will administer this travesty.
Philip Klein of The American Spectator counted 700 references in Obamacare to the secretary “shall,” 200 to the secretary “may,” and 139 to the secretary “determines.” That secretary, by the way, is not the nice lady at the front desk, but Kathleen Sibelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services.
That is over 1000 shalls, mays, and determines for a bureaucrat to define.
Obamacare is one of the greatest assaults on American freedoms in modern history. When the British invaded Washington in 1814, they only burned the White House, Capitol, and a few other buildings then left.
With Obamacare, a bureaucrat will be occupying your doctor’s offices for the rest of your life; and not even have the good grace to leave after trashing the place. Unless we repeal it. Amy Klobuchar won’t; I will.
Last week’s Supreme Court decision was a travesty. I respect the Court and its decisions, but I am outraged that the Chief Justice decided to essentially rewrite the law in order to declare it constitutional. By declaring the mandate a tax, he abandoned judicial restraint and devalued the meaning of the Constitution.
But the decision does make one thing clear: not only did Amy Klobuchar vote to take away your health care freedom, she also voted for the most massive tax increase since the establishment of the income tax.
LIBERTY, FREEDOM and CONSTITUTION
You may have seen them already…the two additional buses that will be traveling throughout the state. We’ve had a great reaction to them. People have been posting photos on Twitter and Facebook as they see one of them rolling down the highway to its next parade or event.
Did you know that you can track the buses on our website? Just go to www.KurtBills.com and scroll down to “Where are the buses?” The buses check in as they arrive at each event across the state.
GET SOME BILLS GEAR

SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL CANDIDATES
Everyone who is running for office this year is an important part of making Minnesota better. Please make it a point to find out about your candidates for the Minnesota House and Senate.
Last week I attended a fundraiser for Minnesota Senate candidate Rick Karschnia in District 65. You can learn about him at www.rickforstatesenate.org. I also spoke at an event for Jim Newberger, House District 15B candidate. His website is www.jimforminnesota.com.
As always, thank you for your continued support.
