Book Club a Success!

We had a great time at the first MN Prager Book Club. We had a smaller group of people and we were each able to speak and be heard.

Peg started the discussion by asking each of the attendees to share where they had been and what their initial reaction was when they first learned of the attacks on 9/11. It was a good way to get in the mood to discuss Lawrence Wright’s The Looming Tower: The Road to Al-Qaeda.

Thursday Night Meeting

Thanks to everyone who came to our Thursday meeting on the 13th at the Sabes Jewish Community Center.

We got to listen to and discuss the points in Dennis’s speech: What You Don’t Learn at College.
