How Did a California Public School’s Pampering a Cross Dresser Student come to Cause “her” Murder?

I never watch fiction on television except when president Obama is advertising.    As a serious voter I need to be up-to-date on the Obama front.   He is great at story-telling.   I have long lost interest in watching sports.   Soccer has always put me to sleep.

For several years I have been hooked on real life drama where one can learn more  about deviant  human female and male behavior more  repulsive than Obama politics, Investigation Discovery.    I have to believe these reviews of real life crimes are a winner at the gate  for those who produce them.   There are more of them and the newer varieties  have discovered skin…..both male and female and  ‘racier’ reenactments to increase viewership.   This does bore me, for     I  prefer the broader entannglements and  plottings of the  male and female human animal, one usually the predator and the other usually the unfortunate victim.

An American, even a dogmatic Liberal female  should never forget that  the human male is born to be a killer and a sexual predator by Nature for the survival of the species.    The human female is born to be a ditsy feminist  by Nature given to hysteria,  incuriousness, and an endless drive to be taken care of…..the reason so many vote Marxist.

Sometimes  the cases presented on ID are  heart breaking.   Some  expose police  and prosecution malfeasance.   Many, probably the majority, suggest something is wrong with our judicial system,  for lying and distorting seems to be highly valued…….both by prosecution and by the defense.

And then there is politics polluting the courts.    Since our schools have been dumped on to become sexually aware and sensitive, and Liberals insist we must  instruct first graders to learn how to condom bananas and be allowed to express whatever sex we prefer as soon as possible, the nstitution no longer teaches principles of learnings.    To be feminized is a fundamental part of the modern Leftwing-Liberal political circles which control university and primary and secndary education.

Girls and girlish boys are to be protected from boys…..educationally, socially, scholastically, and athletically is the modern Leftwing ethical bigotry.   Such ignorance and prejudice will not  go unchallenged for long.    The Laws of  Leftwing Censorship, Political Correctness are only superficiously weakening at this time, but they still remain solid, sick, and dangerous in our schools…..such as the crime which occurred at a school in Oxnard, California.

A fifteen year old flirty, girly, in-your-face mouthy cross-dressing gay kid named Larry King  was shot in the head and killed  by, according to prosecuting authorities and school pamperering teachers a white ne-er-do-well bullying misfit Nazi skin head…..and homophobe .

The fourteen year-old, once an honor student  was to be charged as an adult with first degree murder…….Lefties as always after the gay vote and sympathy,  insisted it was a hate crime…..for added punishment.

Indeed, a horrible crime had been committed.    An innocent  child was murdered.   An innocent  child became a murderer.   And the  school authorites involved,  by policy, habit, ignorance, incompetence, stupidity, and   political and  bigotry against maleness,  AIDED AND ABETTED THE KILLING.

It is the political, sexual, and educational story of our day for any and all American public schools, K-12 in Obamaworld U.S.A.

In the ID television program hour-long review  six jurors were personally interviewed regarding their decision, none of whom supported a first-degree murder conviction…..all of them emotionally drained from the profound tragedy of the crime, for both the victim and the killer.  

They all agreed that adults at the  school  were absent  while the tragedy was weaving its way through its classes, hallways and school grounds, before  the very eyes of the  teachers and administrators responsible for their welfare, on its way to horrible death.

Read all you can regarding this horrible story.  You will become better acquainted with the  kind of education, the kind of values, the kind of politics, the kind of prejudices the incompetence, ignorance, American public school teachers have become noted for…..Which of your  child’s teachers would  supply a femmy boy of 15  a dress or two  to wear to classes  in your local public school….to make him feel sexually more comfortable?   Yet at the same school, the fourteen year old was sent home because of a shirt he wore.

When did your local grade, middle, junior and senior high school “educators” become so carnally interested?   Another way of putting the question, when did they become so married to the American sex industry?

To the great credit of some of  the teachers at  this Oxnard, California School, they have come to recognize some of their culpability, their  double standard   exuberant tolerance of  a mouthy provacative,  totally inappropriate bullying  behavior of a dress-wearing gay boy yet paying no attention to the  isolation they had caused a boy who had bullied the gay.     

CHATSWORTH, Calif. (KTLA) — The judge in the Brandon McInerney murder trial has declared a mistrial after jurors said they were hopelessly deadlocked.

The vote was 7 to 5 in favor of finding Brandon McInerney guilty of voluntary manslaughter.

The jury received the case last Friday once closing arguments in the eight-week trial came to an end.

Jurors say they have taken three votes and are still split on a verdict.On Thursday afternoon, jurors submitted questions to the judge: What is a person of average disposition? And what does it mean to act rashly?The judge defined average disposition as “a person of ordinary temperament and self” and rashly as “to act impulsively.”These were part of the instructions concerning a charge of voluntary manslaughter, not murder.The jurors continued to deliberate, but late today announced they could still not reach a unanimous verdict.17-year-old Brandon McInerney was being tried as an adult and faces first-degree murder charges with a hate crime enhancement in the shooting of classmate Larry King at E.O. Green Junior High School.Deputy Dist. Atty. Maeve Fox told jurors that King was “executed” for who he was, and that the crime was therefore first-degree murder.”No amount of revisionist history and attempts to paint Larry King as some kind of predator can ever change the fact of what occurred in this case,” Fox said. “That is: Larry King was executed for who he was.”

Prosecutors have described the shooting as a premeditated murder carried out by a classmate who was a proponent of “racist skinhead philosophy.”

According to prosecutors, McInerney sat behind King in the computer lab class on Feb. 12, 2008, didn’t do anything for 20 minutes, and then, without saying a word, fired one shot into the back of King’s head.

As the teen collapsed to the floor, McInerney stood up, looked around at his astonished classmates and delivered a “second, coup de grâce” shot into King’s head, prosecutors allege.

The defense has argued that King taunted and flirted with McInerney, ultimately sparking the fatal confrontation.

Student witnesses have said King had expressed a romantic interest in McInerney, who was humiliated by the attention.

But, when asked by McInerney’s lawyer Scott Wipert if he had seen King “chasing boys around,” A student identified as 17-year-old Cristian G. answered no.

One of King’s friends told the court that King did not aggressively flirt with other boys at the school.

The medical examiner in the case testified that King died from two gunshots to the back of his head.

Ventura County’s Chief Medical Examiner Ronald O’Halloran estimated the shooter was about 1 1/2 feet away, and added under cross examination that the 15-year-old King had nail polish on his fingers and toes.

Prosecutors say McInerney carefully planned and carried out murder of his eighth-grade classmate.

During opening statements, the defense argued that McInerney was a troubled boy from a violent home and killed King in the “heat-of-the-moment.”

Fox countered that McInerney had threatened to shoot King, who was openly gay, the day before the incident after the two were involved in an argument in science class.

McInerney had just turned 14 when he allegedly shot King with a .22-caliber handgun.

The case has garnered international attention from gay and lesbian groups, who see King as a victim of homophobia.

If convicted of first-degree murder charges with the hate crime enhancement, McInerney faces 53 years to life in prison.

Ellen DeGeneres advertised the crime through her television show.     Not a word was ever  mentioned referring to the tragedy which  the victim and the school teachers and officials had caused Brandon McInerney and his family.

Everyone seems to want to pander to today’s own  gay-lesbian political agendas and bigotries.     For shame.

Given how many more Americans define themselves as conservative rather than as liberal, let alone than as left, how does one explain the success of left-wing policies? One answer is the appeal of entitlements and a desire to be taken care of. It takes a strong-willed citizen to vote against receiving free benefits. But an even greater explanation is the saturation of Western society by left-wing hate directed at the right. The left’s demonization, personal vilification, and mockery of its opponents have been the most powerful tools in the left-wing arsenal for a century.Since Stalin labeled Leon Trotsky — the man who was the father of Russian Bolshevism! — a “fascist,” the Left has labeled its ideological opponents evil. And when you control nearly all of the news media and schools, that labeling works.

The liberal media even succeeded in blaming the right wing for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy even though his assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, was a pro-Soviet, pro-Castro communist. Similarly, just one day after a deranged man, Jared Loughner, attempted to kill Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and murdered six people in the process, The New York Times columnist Paul Krugman wrote that it was right-wing hate that had provoked Loughner: “It’s the saturation of our political discourse — and especially our airwaves — with eliminationist rhetoric that lies behind the rising tide of violence. Where’s that toxic rhetoric coming from? Let’s not make a false pretense of balance: it’s coming, overwhelmingly, from the right. . . .”

Krugman made it all up. But what matters to most of those who speak for the left is not truth. It is destroying the good name of its opponents. That is the modus operandi of the left.

It works.

Two examples in the last month bear testimony to its efficacy. One was the overwhelmingly likely motivation of Chief Justice John Roberts to declare the ObamaCare individual mandate constitutional despite his ruling that, as passed, the mandate was in fact unconstitutional.

The other was an op-ed column that David Blankenhorn, the prominent conservative advocate for marriage and against same-sex marriage, wrote for The New York Times.

First Blankenhorn.

David Blankenhorn has committed his professional life to fighting for the institution of marriage. And as recently as 2010, he testified on behalf of California Proposition 8, which, in 2008, amended the California Constitution to define marriage as the union of one man and one woman — and which was immediately challenged in the courts, where liberal judges overturned it.

Blankenhorn was vilified throughout the liberal and gay media (which, in their invective against proponents of retaining the man-woman definition of marriage, are indistinguishable). As Mark Oppenheimer, editor of the “Beliefs” column in The New York Times wrote:

“During the trial [over the constitutionality of Proposition 8] and in the immediate aftermath, Blankenhorn became a national figure; he was . . . the butt of ridicule . . . . And now, he has decided to give up that fight.

“Blankenhorn would be ridiculed in The New York Times, and he would be . . . [ridiculed] in a play by an Oscar-winning screenwriter, starring a bevy of Hollywood stars.”

Blankenhorn told Oppenheimer:

“I had an old community organizing buddy who wrote a note to me after the trial and said, how does it feel to be America’s most famous bigot? I used to think you were a good person. Now I know you’re a bad person. How does it feel to know that your tombstone will read that you’re just a bigot.”

Two weeks ago, Blankenhorn wrote an op-ed piece for the New York Times in which he announced that he now supports same-sex marriage.

As for Justice Roberts, he and his conservative colleagues on the Supreme Court have been the targets of media and academia vitriol and personal invective for years, and in some cases, decades. But while his conservative colleagues don’t care, Justice Roberts does.

As reported by CBS News:

“Some of the conservatives, such as Justice Clarence Thomas, deliberately avoid news articles on the Court when issues are pending . . . . They’ve explained that they don’t want to be influenced by outside opinion or feel pressure from outlets that are perceived as liberal.

“But Roberts pays attention to media coverage. As Chief Justice, he is keenly aware of his leadership role on the Court, and he also is sensitive to how the Court is perceived by the public. [“The public” means liberal media and academics.]

“There were countless news articles in May warning of damage to the Court — and to Roberts’ reputation — if the Court were to strike down the mandate.

“Some even suggested that if Roberts struck down the mandate, it would prove he had been deceitful during his confirmation hearings, when he explained a philosophy of judicial restraint.”

David Blankenhorn’s change — he has admitted he is tired of fighting the culture wars, and he has gone from being the object of New York Times derision to being a New York Times hero — and Justice Roberts’ change — New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman wrote a column lauding Roberts for his “statesmanship” — reassure progressives that ridicule, demonization, and character assassination work. With the stakes so high in the forthcoming election, expect it to only increase.

My single lefty female friends almost in unison complain, “Why do we have to label everything?  when political issues appear.   They are  offended when reminded of Leftwing political, religious, social and moral extravagances, nearly all of which they oppose, but always vote for candidates who support them

What a marvelously lefty American  female staement!    Unfortunately,   many younger lefty males, the ones numerically of voting age, make the same complaint.   The active lefties of both sexes don’t really mean their vacuousness.   They merely want to select specific  nouns are to be eliminated from the American vocabulary……depending always on the degree they are withing the rainbow of Marxism.

Toure is a today’s  ugly American.   He is on a crusade to sell his ugliness.  Pay attention to what makes him ugly as an American.   Nouns probably will be needed to aid your evaluation……but, be careful to  keep them to yourself.  

I believe Barack Hussein Obama is an ugly American as well.   He hides his hates more cleverly.    Both are racists.  

White Lefties are temporarily excused.

Toure doesn’t care who knows him   .   Obama needs to be more Stalinist about sharing his ugly intentions.    He plays the Cloak and Dagger games with deceit, subterfuge, and  censoring, hiding behind the  sacred word among the Left, “Black”.

If the president, being the same man in body, would have chosen the name Barry Hughes Oberon, and chosen that part of his moe American  family, that is, those who paid for his American education, he most likely would  never have discovered the devious  Barack Obama in mind.

He would never have become president.   The American LEFT would never have puffed   him up  the office.

Instead, both Toure and Obama  are filled with their Black selves……and use their blackness to rouse class hatred……a very Soviet thing to do….before the purges in which folks of the wrong nouns disappeared from among the living.

Neither Toure or Obama would know about these matters.    They never learned about yesterdays’ beastialities caused by the Marxist LEFT.

Mitt Romney, a Toure and Obama hate figure,  also rises from an American minority, one smaller in numbers, and tiny of hates of others.   It is a kind of get along minority……..an American one.

Obama remains the amateur

In ancient Rome, whenever a general was given a victory parade, he would be accompanied in his chariot by a slave who whispered into his ear, “Heed not the call of the crowds, for all glory is fleeting.”

Someone ought to be whispering that advice into Barack Obama’s ear right now, for if ever there was a fleeting victory, it was the Supreme Court’s ruling that ObamaCare is constitutional—a decision that will lead to the largest tax increase in American history and leave Obama and the entire Democratic ticket vulnerable at the ballot box in November.

But don’t count on David Axelrod, the president’s top political strategist, to perform the duty of the prudent Roman slave. These days, Axelrod isn’t whispering; he’s shouting from the rooftops that the Supreme Court ruling is proof that a new, politically skillful Obama has replaced the callow, arrogant incompetent that I describe in my book “The Amateur.”

And Obama has joined this chorus of self-congratulation. Minutes after the Supreme Court’s ruling, he got on his smart phone and tweeted: “Still a BFD”—a reference to Vice President Joe Biden’s “big f—king deal” comment when Obama signed the health care legislation.

The notion that Obama has changed his stripes, that he is actually a better and more effective president than any of us suspected, is pure hogwash.

Talk about a “New Obama” reminds me of the effort on the part of Richard Nixon’s PR people in the 1960s to repackage him as the “New Nixon.” During the presidential election of 1968, voters were treated to TV commercials and carefully planted stories claiming that the old, mean-spirited Nixon had matured, and that a more tolerant, magnanimous “New Nixon” had taken his place. It was a brilliantly orchestrated campaign, but as we learned during Watergate and the subsequent release of Nixon’s Oval Office tapes, there never was a “New Nixon.”

The example of Richard Nixon’s non-makeover makeover should tell us something about the efforts of the Obama political team to reframe his image and resell him to voters. The entire story of ObamaCare—from inception to Supreme Court—reeks of amateurism.

It is the hallmark of a political amateur to ignore the advice of wise men and women who tell him what he doesn’t want to hear and, instead, embrace those who cater to his inexperience, vanity, and worst instincts. This has been the pattern of the Obama presidency. And that was exactly what happened in the case of ObamaCare.

Early in his presidency, Barack Obama received ample warning that he was headed for disaster if he went for broke on health care. His then chief of staff Rahm Emanuel urged the president to push for a smaller bill with popular items, such as expanding health coverage for children and young adults. Both his vice president, Joe Biden, and his top political adviser, David Axelrod, sided with Emanuel and raised a red flag.

But Obama wouldn’t listen to his wisest and most experienced advisers. Instead, he chose to listen to his wife Michelle and to Valerie Jarrett, his powerful behind-the-scenes confidante. It was Michelle Obama and Valerie Jarrett who persuaded the president to side with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and her gaggle of far-leftwing Democrats and push for an enormously complex Rube Goldberg health-care bill.

Obama’s arrogance, his sense of superiority, and his air of haughtiness—but above all, his amateurism—led him astray and encouraged him to focus initially on a “public option” in his health care bill. Rick Scott, the health care executive who launched and ran the successful campaign to kill the public option in 2009, parlayed that victory into winning the governorship of Florida in 2010.

When Scott and his group, Conservatives for Patients Rights, defeated the public option, Obama was then stuck with going along with an “individual mandate,” which he had vigorously campaign against during the Democratic primaries. He denied time after time that the mandate was a tax, only to allow his Solicitor General to argue before the Supreme Court that it is, in fact, a tax.
Only a rank amateur could have turned months and months of debate over a widely unpopular health care bill into something even worse—an onerous tax on the middle class.

Only a rank amateur could have turned a government-run health care system that suffers from hundreds of billions of dollars in annual fraud, and is already on life support, into a $1.5 trillion Rube Goldberg machine that will destroy American medicine and deliver a poorer quality of health care to millions of people.

Only a rank amateur could conceive of a “solution” to our health care problems that cuts benefits to seniors by $500 billion and established rationing boards known as “death panels.”

Only a rank amateur could threaten to turn America into Sweden—and possibly even Greece—by passing an ill-conceived piece of legislation whose major goal is to earn him a place in history.

Only a rank amateur could levy a series of new taxes on America’s small businesses, under the guise of ObamaCare, that will raise unemployment and stall an already anemic recover.

Only a rank amateur could hand his Republican opponent, Mitt Romney, an electoral game changer.

Yes, Barack Obama is still The Amateur.
