Crime in Minnesota is not as it is in other states. Our Swedes, Norskies, and Germans have been hard working sorts for generations….hard working sorts from the farmlands, no less. Many still are churched.
Furthermore, we Minnesotans have a barren, miserable major season called ‘WINTER’ which lasts as long as all of the other three seasons put together….meaning, there aren’t a lot of guys standing outdoors spying on gals for pleasure or on guys for profit of theft when it’s twenty plus below zero Fahrenheit with or without windchill.
The following crime case which occurred Thanksgiving Day of 2012 is one of the most crushing, in my view, to hit Gopherland courts for years, an indictment against ungrown-up idiots who got more punishment than they deserved, as well as against an isolated man of retirement age enraged by human animals invading his own home, his realm, his sanctuary of peace and quiet.
This is a God-awful story to tell:
JURY HEARS SHOTS THAT KILLED LITTLE FALLS TEENS

“On his own digital audio recording of the day he shot two teenage intruders, Byron Smith can be heard calmly uttering “you’re dead,” “oh sorry about that” and “bitch” amid the boom of gun shots in his basement.
Jurors in Smith’s murder trial on Tuesday heard about 15 chilling minutes of Smith’s six-hour basement audio recording of the Thanksgiving Day 2012 shootings. The courtroom was silent except for the quiet sobs of a woman in the gallery.
The crystal-clear audio included the gunshots that killed 17-year-old Nick Brady and minutes later, 18-year old Haile Kifer as they descended the stairs to Smith’s basement. After repeated break-ins to his home in the months leading up to that day, Smith had prepared his home with recording devices and himself with guns, he later told authorities. he was in his favorite basement reading chair with a paperback that day, he said, when he heard someone rattle the door handles to his house and saw a shadow through a picture window.
The Morrison County jury heard glass break, movement, then two shots as Brady groaned “Oh.” Smith responded with another gunshot, saying, “you’re dead”.
Almost immediately after Brady was shot, rustling of the tarp was heard, then a dragging sound, then heavy breathing. Smith had moved Brady’s body to a workshop in his basement to keep blood from staining the basement carpet, he later told authorities.
The audio continued with the sound of a gun reloading, then more deep breaths and the sound of footsteps – first getting fainter and then becoming louder again. A few minutes later, in a quiet, low voice, a female mumbled “Nick.”
Soon, there was another booming gunshot and the sound of Kifer falling down the stairs. Smith quickly said, “Oh, sorry about that.”
“You’re dying,” Smith responded amid more gunshots. “Bitch.”
After more heavy breathing and a dragging sound, Smith said “bitch” once more. Jurors heard more movement, and the crack of a gun.
Prosecutors stopped playing tape at that point.”
(In the StarTribune article the pictures of Brady and Kifer were placed in the same column as the wind-up of the above report…..handsome, exceedingly attractive picture of two smiling winsome white Minnesotans photographed at an earlier, much better time.)
In the internet articles advertising the incident the story is far more tilted against Mr. Smith, the homeowner.
From information provided, one guesses Mr. Smith lives alone.
What were the two idiot teens thinking about invading the Smith home? Invading someones home turf should be exceedingly dangerous…for that turf is sacred to the person or family who lives there.
Yet, there is no doubt Mr. Smith was obsessed to get person or persons who “had fun” or for any other reason invaded Mr. Smith’s nest…..especially under the circumstances of several previous unwanted stranger invasions into Mr. Smith’s sanctuary.
Perhaps this story can be announced loud and often enough so idiots like these teenagers can keep their druggy minds and bodies to themselves. Perhaps this story might suggest that some neighbors….especially those who live alone and are older, might not flow as lightly against today’s moral-less lefty teachings driving believers to do as they feel….at anyone’s expense….including occasionally the expense of the criminals themselves.
My Christian-American background reminds me that Mr. Smith, knowingly or perhaps so enraged, and therefore not knowingly (which would be the Lefty argument for the defense) while enraged at the invasion, committed the assault while not in his own mind.
Which could be quite likely….but even then, what should his punishment be?
Minnesota is a Liberal state, a profoundly feminized state. The jurors will be no exception…is my guess. They will feel deeply for the “innocent” beautiful, handsome idiots who invaded Mr. Smith’s sanctuary. I admit I feel the emotion they do.
However, if I were a member of the jury, since his home was invaded….. the beauty and the age of the perpetrators shouldn’t have anything to do with the invasion…..I could not accept a first degree murder in this case no matter what his planning might include to defend his home turf…his privacy….his sanctuary living alone in safety and comfort.
He should meet with some other verdict, if available, for he did, apparently, execute his invaders….it seems….yet, he hid nothing.
Thus far, as reported, he doesn’t seem to display much, if any, contrition for what actually transpired.
Nevertheless, this is a good story to tell the countless American know-nothings of anything beyond their moods of the moment…..often doped up both educationally and chemically, and all others who brazenly invade someone’s personal sanctuary, especially if that someone is a single human male.

It is not only a lie that these Sexist-Leftists make when campaigning that all sexes are equal and therefore should receive equal pay in the work place, it is suicidal.
“There is no difference between the human male and the human female”, Americans now learn in their Marxist studies at colleges and universities from coast to coast…..”except for socialization.” (One learns to be female or male from parents, schools, religion, newspapers, and other evil influences, these female fanatics of all sexes preach).
So, are we are all born equally ‘neutral’, as these religious Marxists demand?
THE HUMAN FEMALE IS NOT THE EQUAL OF THE HUMAN MALE!
If we are all equal (and so, worth equal pay), why are human males so much taller, bigger, stronger, more powerful, more daring, more a killer, a warrior, a defender of his realm, to protect his kind, more curious, more inventive, more artistically creative, more nearly everything than human females?
Why in the universal human story of life is God the Almighty a MALE, not a female? It is remarkably logical.
Match the importance of the human female and male contributions to preserve the species.
She, not he, produces the off spring…..which He, not she, is programmed to do all things humanly necessary to protect and has done even before thinking caused him to include imagination and creativity.
Every living entity is in a life facing death struggle for survival. Species survive. Species die out. Each entity is Nature-programmed, or “God” programmed as our American Christian past tells it in more story form.
How many generations would the human being survive as a species if the Nature of its sexes were determined to be equal and the human female were responsible for all duties equal to the male?
Group A…. a group of human males defending their territories including females for reproduction of the species……or Group B….. a group of human females defending their own territories….EQUALLY?? do you think?
How would these equal females control their males?
Why does to this very day, the human female scream when surprised or threatened? She by Nature announces to the human male she needs help, HIS HELP, asap.
Why doesn’t the human male scream the moment he is surprised or feels threatened? He hasn’t got time. By Nature he is programmed to judge the moment….to decide survival defending his kind….fight or flight.
Only the stupid or the insane Marxists at our American institutions of Marxist learnings can claim as a religion there is no difference between male and human female.
The primary place for the human female is by Nature, being a Mother….programmed for the survival of the species. The vast majority of jobs in the human history in life require male skills….many of which the human female can imitate, but not equally perform.
The she of the human species might sometimes be more productive in areas most males find boring….. but even then the male drive to succeed and/or conquer might win out.
