That Obama Friend, the Murderer, Bill Ayers Makes His Sleaze Public

Bill Ayers, the American terrorist of Americans during the Vietnam War years is the most repulsive American of  my lifetime…….and as he starred on Fox television this evening,  continues to be foul and greasy  nearly fifty years after his  more public, more menacing, more violent actions of his foulness.  He is a friend and has been an adviser to our current president, Barack Obama.    He pretends to be a Democrat, but has organized communist groups among his fellow teachers and students in the University of Illinois system……now enjoying paid retirement.

Was he born foul?   I know nothing about his background until his murderousness of those terrible druggie, sex  and sabotage days as our American troops were trying to defend South Vietnam from a Communist invasion from the North.    It was John Kennedy,  the real JFK,  who properly, correctly sent American troops to defend the victim ‘nation’.    The war escalated.    The war quickly  became unpopular among the pampered and  spoiled  collegiate  young.  The war was brutal.    A violent revolution occurred here at home from coast to coast.   Others participated as creeps as well.   John F. Kerry,  noted habitual  liar of a lifetime,  won his battles for notoriety as the platform  for  political success.  Liars strengthen their skills amid other skilled liars.

I was a public high school teacher then, teaching Russian as well as Modern Problems.   I was an active Democrat then, both a Liberal and liberal…..when the Party was still American oriented.

I had mixed feelings regarding Fox’s choice to televise the creep’s  bid for notoriety and perhaps some  collective forgiveness, a chance to  cleanse his murderous and foul professional  life sabotaging his native land.    Verbal sabotage is tolerated in a free society.    Murdering, maiming,  crippling  the lives of countless innocents, must never be tolerated in a rational culture.

This unrepentant Bill Ayers, friend and confident of Barack Hussein Obama,  a thug, a murderous gangster, worthy only of contempt, is still active among the extreme Left.

After seeing him perform before Megyn Kelly, the Fox interviewer, viewing him squirm, smirk,  and lie blaming  friend and foe alike, ignore his responsibilities in the horror he and his self- acclaimed revolutionaries caused others, his pride shining even today that he was once ‘an important person’ in twentieth century America, this huge slab of slime reminds me why Barack Hussein is so talented at telling lies with smiles.

They possess the same skills and the same goals.

Barry Says: As Long as the GOP Blocks Me, “I’ll keep taking actions on my own!”

This past week the U.S. Supreme Court, liberal and conservative voted for the thirteenth time 9-0 against actions  foreigner president,  Barry Obama ” has taken on his own”, that is taking actions beyond his legal authority as president.     Oblivious to this reality,  fascistic impulses or the money of those in American who possess such  impulses still  inspire this divider of dividers to continue to throw gasoline into the present fires of American disorder.

Most living American adult males become naturally  intellectually stimulated bearing responsibilities solving problems.   Mr. Obama is unique among presidents and most likely the vast majority of normal human males.

He is a student of Marxist Saul Alinsky and Bill Ayers, and went to Harvard as a graduate student.  He has been diligently, ‘religiously’  trained, therefore,  how to cause problems.

Obama’s IRS Admits to Illegal Leak

With so many scandals in Washington, you may have forgotten that two years ago the confidential tax return of the National Organization for Marriage was leaked by the IRS. This week “the IRS agreed to pay $50,000 in damages to the National Organization for Marriage as a result of the unlawful release of the confidential information to a gay rights group, the Human Rights Campaign, that is NOM’s chief political rival.”

“In February 2012, the Human Rights Campaign posted on its web site NOM’s 2008 tax return and the names and contact information of the marriage group’s major donors, including soon-to-be Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney. That information then was published by the Huffington Post and other liberal-leaning news sites.”

“Congress made the disclosure of confidential tax return information a serious matter for a reason,” said NOM Chairman John D. Eastman. “We’re delighted that the IRS has now been held accountable for the illegal disclosure of our list of major donors from our tax return.”

The court decision is some good news in what has now been a long train of attempts to expel conservatives from the public square.

SINCE 2000, ALL EMPLOYMENT GROWTH HAS GONE TO IMMIGRANTS

WASHINGTON, DC (June 26, 2014) — On June 27, 2013, the Senate passed the Schumer-Rubio immigration bill (S.744) which, among other things, doubled the levels of legal immigration and guestworkers. One year after that vote, a new Center for Immigration Studies report suggests just how out of touch the bill was from the realities of the labor market.Since the year 2000 all of the net increase in the number of working-age (16 to 65) people holding a job has gone to immigrants (legal and illegal), according to the report. This is a remarkable statistic given that native-born Americans accounted for two-thirds of the growth in the total working-age population.Although there has been some recovery from the Great Recession, fewer working-age natives held a job in the first quarter of 2014 than in 2000, while the number of immigrants with a job rose 5.7 million above the 2000 level. “With 58 million working-age natives not working, the Schumer-Rubio bill and similar House measures, which would substantially increase the number of foreign workers allowed in the country, seem entirely disconnected from the realities of the U.S. labor market,” said Dr. Steven Camarota, co-author of the report and the Center’s Director of Research.

Three conclusions can be drawn from the report’s analysis: 

1. The long-term decline in the employment for natives across age and education levels is a clear indication that there is no general labor shortage, a primary justification for the large increases in immigration (skilled and unskilled) in the Schumer-Rubio bill and similar House proposals.

2. The decline in work among the native-born over the last 14 years of high immigration is consistent with research showing that immigration reduces employment for natives.

3. The trends since 2000 challenge the argument that immigration on balance increases job opportunities for natives. Over 17 million immigrants arrived in the country in the last 14 years, a time period in which native employment has deteriorated significantly.

Among the findings of the new report: • The total number of working-age (16 to 65) immigrants (legal and illegal) holding a job increased 5.7 million from the first quarter of 2000 to the first quarter of 2014, while declining 127,000 for natives.• In the first quarter of 2000, 114.8 million working-age natives held a job, compared to 114.7 in the first quarter of 2014.

• Because the native-born population grew significantly, but the number working actually fell, there were 17 million more working-age natives not working in the first quarter of 2014 than in 2000.

• The long-term decline in the share of working-age natives holding a job began before the 2007 recession, falling from 74 percent in 2000 to 71 percent in 2007. It is now an abysmal 66 percent, improving only slightly since the bottom of the recession.

• The decline in work has impacted work of virtually every race, gender, age, and education level.

• Immigrants have made gains across the labor market, including lower-skilled jobs such as maintenance, construction, and food service; middle-skilled jobs like office support and health care support; and higher-skilled jobs, including management, computers, and health care practitioners.

• Immigration has fallen in recent years. But despite the economy, between 2008 and the start of 2014, 6.5 million new immigrants (legal and illegal) settled in the country and three million got jobs. Over the same time, the number of working-age natives holding a job declined 3.4 million.

• In contrast to natives, the employment rate of working-age immigrants increased from 2000 to 2007 and has recovered more quickly from the Great Recession than the native rate, though it has not fully recovered.

• Since the jobs recovery began in 2010, 43 percent of employment growth has gone to immigrants.

• If the employment rate of working-age natives in the first quarter of this year were what it was in 2007, 7.9 million more natives would have a job. If the share working were what it was in the first quarter of 2000, 12.5 million more natives would have a job today.

• The supply of potential workers already in the country is enormous. A total of 69 million working-age immigrants and natives were not working in the first quarter of 2014, with an additional 7.3 million forced to work part-time despite wanting full-time work.

Obama  winds are always treacherous.   They are exceptionally dangerous when they so often occur without true substance  and form:

And they’re going to have to contribute to solving their own problems here, although we’ll protect our people and we’ll make sure that we’re going after terrorists who could do us harm.

But sometimes the news that’s coming off is just — these are just Washington fights. They’re fabricated issues. They’re phony scandals that are generated. It’s all geared towards the next election or ginning up a base. It’s not on the level. And that must feel frustrating, and it makes people cynical and it makes people turned off from the idea that anything can get done.
And if I’ve got one message today, it’s the same message that I gave to that young mom that I mentioned who I had lunch with before I came here, who wrote me a letter just talking about how she had done everything right, her and her husband, and she’s working hard and raising two beautiful kids and she has a great life, but it’s a struggle and wondering if anybody in Washington knows it. What I told her is the same thing I want to tell all of you, which is: I know it. You’re the reason I ran for office. You’re — (applause) — no, no, I’m not looking for applause. I want to make this point. I grew up not in tough circumstances, but I was you guys. Somebody out here is going through what my mom went through. Somebody out here is growing through what my grandma went through. Somebody out here is going through what Michelle and I went through when we were first married and our kids were first born.”

Krauthammer: This Obama Government “does not learn constitutional lessons”

The Supreme Court this week admonished the Environmental Protection Agency for overreaching in regulating greenhouse gases. The Clean Air Act covers polluters that emit 250 tons per year (or in some cases, 100 tons). This standard makes no sense if applied to greenhouse gases. Thousands of establishments from elementary schools to grocery stores would be, absurdly, covered. So the EPA arbitrarily chose 100,000 tons as the carbon dioxide threshold.

That’s not “tailoring,” ruled the Supreme Court. That’s rewriting. Under our Constitution, “an agency has no power to ‘tailor’ legislation to bureaucratic policy goals by rewriting unambiguous statutory terms.”

It was a welcome constitutional lesson in restraint, noted the Wall Street Journal. One would think — hope — that an administration so chastened might reconsider its determination to shift regulation of the nation’s power generation to Washington through new carbon dioxide rules under the Clean Air Act.

Obama Waste: $50 Billion lost to Improper Payments in 2013 Medicare-Medicade Payouts

Medicaid Wasted $14.4 Billion in Improper Payments

At least $14.4 billion in improper payments were made last year through Medicaid’s managed care program, reports the Fiscal Times.

According to a new report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the government failed to “closely examine” Medicaid payments that went to managed care organizations (MCOs – organizations which contract with states to provide services to Medicaid beneficiaries). As such, billions of dollars in payments were made for treatments that were never provided or services that were not covered by the Medicaid program.

According to the report:

• Of the $430 billion in federal Medicaid spending each year, 27 percent goes to MCO spending.
• MCO-provided care is growing at an incredibly fast rate, and the expansion of Medicaid in 25 states under the Affordable Care Act is likely to increase the use of MCO services.
• According to auditors, the more the system is used, the more vulnerable it is to fraud, as the government is not in a position to identify improper payments due to the size of the program.

Medicaid is not the only program costing billions in improper payments every year — Medicare’s private fee-for-service plans overpaid $34.6 billion in 2013. According to a 2012 report from the Office of Management and Budget, the federal government pays $100 billion annually in improper payments.

Court Strikes Down Recess Appointments

The Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that President Obama’s appointments to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) without Senate confirmation were illegal, reports the Associated Press.

President Obama appointed the NLRB judges in 2012, claiming that the Constitution gave him the power to make temporary appointments while the Senate was in recess. Unfortunately for the president, the Senate was not in formal recess when he made the appointments, as the legislative body was holding sessions every three days (known as “pro forma” sessions).

Noel Canning, a soft drink bottling company, challenged an NLRB decision against his company on the grounds that the board members had not been properly appointed.

Justice Breyer, who authored the majority opinion, wrote that a Constitutional recess would have to be at least 10 days to be considered a recess, triggering the recess appointments provision.

While the judgment was unanimous, the justices were split on the limits of the recess power. Concurring in the judgment, Justice Scalia — joined by Justices Thomas, Alito and Roberts — wrote that the majority had abolished the Constitution’s limits on the recess power by allowing the power to be exercised during congressional breaks. According to Scalia, the Constitution only recognizes one recess period: the yearly break between the two sessions of Congress. Only vacancies that arise during that time, he wrote, are constitutionally eligible for recess appointments.

While President Obama is not the first president to make recess appointments, he is the first to have made them when Congress specified that it was not, in fact, in recess.

Canada’s Nanaimo City Council Bans Christian Leadership Conference……Gay Fascists at Work?

On May 5, Nanaimo’s city council voted 8 to 1 to ban a Christian-themed leadership conference that was scheduled for their city’s convention centre just four days later.

City councilors condemned the event as “hateful”, compared it to the Nigerian terrorist group Boko Haram, and said the decision to ban the event from public property was no different than if they had voted to ban an organized crime ring, too.

It was vicious. But nothing came close to the vile bigotry spewed at that meaning by Nanaimo councilor Jim Kipp. He didn’t beat around the bush – he was against Christians, especially “strong Christians”. He’s the one who compared them to terrorists and criminals.

Fast-forward to 12 minutes into it, to see the barrage. You’ll be disgusted and shocked. One councilor, Bill Bestwick, actually suggested that city hall politicians have the power to interfere with the conference, and literally to black out the simulcast when a Christian pastor was scheduled to speak. Bestwick was very excited about his role as self-appointed religious censor.

We cannot let this stand.

Imagine if it were a Jewish or Muslim or Sikh or Hindu group that was denounced in this vicious manner. It’s impossible to imagine.

We’ve got to fight back – not just for the civil rights of Nanaimoites, but to set an example, that this kind of intolerance and anti-Christian discrimination is against Canadian laws and contrary to Canadian values.
