HISTORY HAS A SIDE IN ITS FUTURE, Obamalings tell us…..AND IT IS NOT AMERICAN

I am on the eve of my 80th birthday which makes me a child of World War II and the era when nearly all Americans valued learnings. Schools were considered cathedrals of discovery, the source of opportunity which along with Church and family would lead citizens to an honorable place in life primarily a place where they could raise their children to become ever better learned. Its teachers until college were almost all old-maid school teachers, well educated, devoted to country and career, and clear of mind. Godfearing required mankind to seek Truth.

Our story of American life since those days of cultural, spiritual, intellectual, and occupational training to lead us to an ever better life, didn’t turn out that way. In the late 1960s and throughout the decades ever since, the American dream met a competitor, the Bill Ayers crowd of all colors, sexes, and sizes, the heroes of drugs, ‘free’ sex, bombings, neo-racism, sexism, and Marxism. God had been given ‘the boot’. A new order offering freedom from knowledge came to town.

This crowd produced today’s New York Times and Time magazine, today’s NAACP, the more exciting Hollywood, its marijuana, heroin and their relatives, rap, the Sandy Flukes, today’s cancers at Harvard, Yale, the Jeremiah Wrights which gave birth to the present Obama administration and its army to transform what’s left of the American star in a very dark world sky of Marxist “equality”.

The new America has arrived, the one which teaches evil is only a matter of opinion which only conservatives are dumb enough to fret about.

This new American Obama world and its Washington Posts measure Israel and Hamas, and what’s left of the United States and the entire Islamic world as equals……SHOCKED to think for a nana-second that anyone in this Marxist paradise would have the audacity to oppose rape, pillage, and burnings approved by pashas at the world’s ‘court’, in Washington and the United Nations and risk a fight for their lives!

History has a side, these World leftists tell us, and it isn’t anything American……except for its money.

The Jewish Problem

Civilized people, of whom there seems to be a shortage these days whereever lefties and other tyrants and fascists meet to rant and bully against conservatives, people of JudeoChristian faith and those of us who believe in justice and the right of Israel to exist, must stand stronger together now than ever to help our brothers and sisters abroad defending there own lives, and Tel Aviv’s existence as well.

With an Islamist fellow-traveler in the Oval Office, a wake-up call becomes particularly vital.

It has become the habit of modern Christian followers to withdraw into the catacombs of private life and education away from today’s Obamalings, both the freeks and the innocent, who are determined to change ‘fundamentally’ America to sway with a world impoverished of soul and liberty, Obamalings who have managed to create and manipulate today’s many crises challenging traditional American liberties, beliefs, truths, knowledge, successes and failures. Our universities, news and entertainment industries, and crony capitalists have become modern other-worldly, empty of mind, learnings, and Godliness, who have created this atheist Marxist statism must be challenged directly, openly for the evil they have caused those who believe in the defense of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and a civilized world of peace, dignity, and personal achievement and respectful competition.

The state of Israel is presently on the chopping block. While the world wallows in its usual struggles, and the United Nations where tyrannies determine politics, liberty must be defended again by collections of individuals who think justly and pursue that which is classically right from the classically evil.

Dennis Prager, a learned conservative American, a teacher who loves his country, a realist, a knowledgeable God-fearing Jew of traditional American faith, a radio man, a host who leads the most rational radio program in the country’s history, is deeply concerned for the survival of the Israeli state.

Dennis writes the following:

“At this very moment, we are living through as enormous a libel — directed not against all Jews, but against the Jewish state: Israel is committing genocide of Palestinians and is, therefore, morally identical to the Nazi regime.

This libel is spread by left-wing radicals and by Muslims, especially in the Middle East. Some examples:
On a popular radio show in Italy, that country’s most famous philosopher, Gianni Vattimo, was asked whether he would like to see more Israelis killed. Vattimo responded: “Of course.” He then added that Israel is “a bit worse than the Nazis … I’d like to shoot those bastard Zionists … and [Europeans should raise money] to buy Hamas some more rockets.”

The prime minister of Turkey, Recep Erdogan, told CNN International, “What Israel does to Palestine and to Gaza right now has surpassed what Hitler did to them. … We do not accept this genocide by Israel.”
The foreign minister of Iran, Mohammad Javad Zarif announced: “These [Israeli] actions cannot be considered anything other than genocide and crimes against humanity.”

Ilan Pappe, an Israeli leftist who is director of the European Centre for Palestine Studies at the University of Exeter, wrote an article titled “Israel’s incremental genocide in the Gaza ghetto” on the Electronic Intifada website.

On July 9, when a total of 63 Gaza Palestinians had been killed, Al-Arabiya reported that “Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas told a crisis meeting in Ramallah … that Israel is committing ‘genocide’ in Gaza during its military offensive which has so far killed at least 50 Palestinians. ‘It’s genocide by Israel against our Palestinian people.'”

In a column published by Al-Jazeera, Abukar Arman, former Somali ambassador to the United States, wrote that “Israel has defeated North Korea for the rogue state par excellence award.”
Nicolas Maduro, president of Venezuela, and Evo Morales, president of Bolivia, labeled Israel’s invasion of Gaza “genocide” and Maduro added that it was “extermination.”

For the record: Israel attacked Gaza solely in response to hundreds of rockets sent by Hamas to kill as many Israelis as possible. When Israel gave Gaza over to the Palestinians, it did not embargo essentials such as cement. But none of the millions of tons of cement allowed, or later smuggled, into Gaza were used to building schools or hospitals. They were used to build tunnels to smuggle terrorists into Israel and to hide rockets. The charter of Hamas calls for the annihilation of Israel. Israel is the only country in the world targeted for annihilation.

Though Israel is charged with engaged in genocide against Palestinians, in the last 20 years, the number of Palestinians has doubled; and since Israel’s founding in 1948, the Palestinian population has grown five-fold. It must surely rank as the least effective genocide in world history. While not all Muslims or all leftists seek, or support those who seek, Israel’s destruction, virtually all those who do are either Muslim or on the left……..

One left-wing exception is Bill Maher, who told the Jewish Journal of Los Angeles (full disclosure: I am a columnist for that newspaper): “What I find so ironic is that after World War II, everybody said, ‘I don’t understand the Jews. How could they have just gone to their slaughter like that?’ OK, and then when they fight back: ‘I don’t understand the Jews. Why can’t they just go to their slaughter?’ It’s like, ‘You know what? We did that once. It’s not gonna happen again. You’re just gonna have to get used to the fact that Jews now defend themselves.” ”

Further comment: Dennis knows Americans are unread regarding history, current and past. Leftists in the West detest Judaic and American concepts of exceptionalism.
