Obama Democrats Seem to be Pushing for Rigged Elections

Rigging elections is a common maneuver, no…a fundamental maneuver in the world of the American dictatorial Left, today’s new Democrat Party of George Soros, Barack Obama et alia. The American attorney world is overwhelmingly leftist where dogma, not truth and honor, is the standard for victory. Not only is there a national leftist war against learning knowledge and truth throughout American education, there is the Leftist war against election integrity…..which in Minnesota sent foul comedian, Al Franken to Washington with rigged statistics in 2008 vital in the passage of the corrupt ObamaCare legislation.

The National War on Election Integrity

There has been a battle over Minnesota’s election system being waged for over a decade, with one side trying to dismantle protections against voter fraud and the other trying to eliminate security holes to prevent cheating. This has never been just a state issue, however.

“Attempts to introduce legislation state by state to let felons and non-citizens vote, to repeal Voter ID laws, to create automatic voter registration and “early voting” are all part of a coordinated national strategy.

President Obama has made it a priority to attempt forcing states to provide drivers licenses to illegal immigration and enact automatic voter registration through federal “Motor Voter” laws.

For years, George Soros-funded organizations and other professional vote fraud deniers have been leading the charge on these issues. Soros has recently pledged $5 million to challenge laws that defend against fraud.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign team is now fully on board and has become the main public face for the efforts to undermine election integrity. This appears to be a significant part of Clinton’s overall campaign strategy for 2016. She’s called for “sweeping expansion of federal involvement in elections,” including automatic voter registration at 18, a 20-day early-voting period and allowing citizens of one state to vote in another.

These efforts to unconstitutionally nationalize the election process would take some or all rights away from states to administer their own election systems.

Clinton’s campaign attorney is suing the state of Virginia to overturn their voter ID law. Democrats are about to challenge a similar law in Georgia. The tactic is to target every state that has passed a voter ID law or that seeks to pull back on early voting and to tie them up with litigation to prevent enforcement of election integrity measures in place.

Thanks to the efforts of our members, Minnesota has successfully pushed back against these proposals and prevented any of them from being enacted. Now it’s time to strike back at the source and direct our attention on Washington DC.”

“The Washington Post carried one of the dumber op-eds within memory yesterday. It was written by Baynard Woods and titled “Only white people can save themselves from racism and white supremacism.” Its thesis is that Dylann Roof’s murderous rampage proves that all whites are white supremacists. Or all Southerners. Or something:

[I]t is up to white people to rescue white people from our own worst selves, from the distorted monsters we have allowed ourselves to become.

What do you mean “we,” paleface? Speak for yourself.

We have to stop hiding from the truth of race — that this country, and the state of South Carolina in particular, were created on the idea of white supremacy.

This is a ludicrous claim. A large majority of American states have never known slavery or racially discriminatory laws. The exceptions are the Deep South states, back when they were dominated by the race-obsessed Democratic Party. Some things never change.

Woods grew up in South Carolina, and claims that he has heard racist comments there. It’s possible. I have spent a fair amount of time in South Carolina, and have never encountered a single racist statement or action. But maybe my friends are higher quality than Woods’s. Or maybe Woods is a less than objective observer. He says that for a long time, he has “proudly proclaimed my hatred of my home state.”

There Is a Fundamental Right to Marriage, and We Must Preserve It

“Whether or not Locke would approve of it, there is a fundamental marriage right. It is ancient, not recent, and it secures the integrity of the natural family. In fact, nothing is more fundamental to our legal edifice than the ancient liberty of the natural family.

Adam Seagrave recently argued that there is no fundamental right to marry. He criticized Supreme Court decisions to the contrary on Lockean grounds. Fundamental rights are rooted in self-ownership, Seagrave argues, and are therefore inherently individual rights. The right to marry is not an individual right, is relatively new, and is inconsistent with America’s political tradition.

Whether or not Locke would approve of it, there is a fundamental marriage right. It is ancient, not recent. And it secures the integrity of the natural family. Seagrave’s resistance to the Court’s expansive substantive due process doctrine, which secures what Justice Brandeis called “conditions favorable to the pursuit of happiness,” is laudable. But his proposal to dispose of the Court’s marriage jurisprudence would throw the baby—and the baby’s mother and father—out with the bathwater…….” (Please continue reading)

State Rep. Todd Rutherford (D), a longtime friend of State Sen. Clementa Pinckney, the pastor of the AME church, who was murdered last night, told CNN the suspected shooter did this “because he watches things like FOX News” and hears “hate speech.”

Rutherford is the Minority Leader in the South Carolina State House.
