Painting Christianity as evil human disease is a common habit amongst its enemies. In my life’s experience those most enthusiastic in advancing this art form to eliminate its enemies have been leftists among our Jewish immigrants especially those settling among the Hollywoods.
I was born and raised as a Protestant in an urban middle class mostly Roman Catholic neighborhood. Despite Roman Catholic schools paralleling our public education, K through 12, in each parish of the city, there was no segregation or separation of neighbors, no ‘we versus them’ at least in my public school zone.
The one minority obviously choosing isolation in our neighborhood and those nearby, were Jews. In numbers Jewish kids were between fifteen and twenty per cent of my elementary and secondary school classes. Although totally unaware of the matter at the time, and severely academically crippled by dyslexia, which hadn’t been discovered then, I was placed in the more competitive classes of my days in school. It was there I met and eventually bonded with a wide variety of guys in the Jewish community. I was accepted in those classes where reading wasn’t paramount in learnings……although I was aware then, that it sure helped those other kids who could read.
As a dyslexic I learned other skills….also without my knowledge, for I loved school teachers……because they were so wise and smart and had such interesting stuff to teach about…..at least where I didn’t have to read much…..
I could read from encyclopedias, however…..news print, maps, charts, numbers, but never, never a novel of page size over 150. I loved history and absorbed dates like a drug. Have you ever heard of the battle of Agincourt in October, 1415? and why such a wimpy number of Englishmen under King Henry the Fifth overwhelmed the French?
They discovered yews made powerful long bows before anyone else did. (And I knew what a yew was. We owned one at our home where I was raised. Do you know what a yew is? They are still very much around. I deal with them every day through work and play.
I discovered war battles in third grade shortly after the battles for Guadalcanal….which I learned to read about from cutlines matching maps in the Sunday St. Paul Pioneer Press Rotogravure section of its Sunday newspapers. It was in third grade I was discovered as a student of value among Jewish boys…..who always were friendlier than the girls, anyway. It was because I knew so many things they, although most were well prepared for school matters, didn’t know. They were curious.
I knew what the capital of French Somalia was…..Djibouti…..but don’t look it up. French Somalia doesn’t exist anymore. Did you know the population of St. Paul, Minnesota was in the 1930 census? I still do….271,606. Useless stuff like that has stuck to me like sweat…..I think because I WAS so dyslexic. It was 287,736 in 1940.
Jewish kids in my classes weren’t interested in class social life as a rule……unless one was an exceptional student. I never had Jewish friends in English classes where reading novels counted….but had a few when there were lectures and lessons on English grammar which was like working big-time picture puzzles, my favorite indoor entertainment of the era.
I majored in History and Geography, minored in Russian in college where I didn’t meet many Jewish kids. It wasn’t a leftist yet. I had selected Russian for knowledge in case I had to serve my country in the future…..Remember, I was a child of the Second World War.
I met my lefty friends in grad school. So many of them were Jewish guys, arrogant, loud, bright, obnoxious know-it-alls. And soon after came ‘audio leftist’ anti Christian American, Alan Dershowitz and a ‘commie’ of the time, David Horowitz at the more national level whose mouths and writings proved alleged Jewish political thinking superiority.
Any dancing with socialism I had done in those days came to an end the summer I went to the good old USSR after receiving a Master’s degree in Soviet Studies, in 1966 and saw the inprisonment, i.e., the human garbage dump USSR paradise first hand and had become fluent in Russian by then as well.
Today’s American attachment to practice leftist anti-Americanism energy has come from the Jewish left, a leftism which has risen to the top of the Democrat Party since the cultural collapse of the country beginning in the late 1960s….from Abbie Hoffman down.
Jews have voted Democrat roughly 70% in national elections all of my life. Their enemy was religious; taught from a traditional European antagonism toward Christianity. More recently the allegiance to the extreme Left has become financially, as well as personally profitable starting from the New York Times down.
America’s leftist Jewish crowd has done whatever it could do to destroy American Christianity from a hate taught to them powerfully, consistently, and in error.
While during my childhood Jewish grandmas or grandpas who survived European horrors against Jews via the holocaust, pogroms, and stories from a couple centuries of more primitive European Christianity learnings and rules for survival, Despite leftist Jewish propaganda American Christianity was NEVER an enemy of the Jew as it has been so criminally portrayed to be by its extreme leftists of the last century, so many of them Jewish.
Today, most of my most cherished friends are Jews……the conservative kind, the ones who themselves, like I, have been jilted and made isolated by leftist Jewish racism of the Obama-Hillary ilk.
