Andrew Klavan….”My Strange Trumpian Glee”

I am in my eighties.  I was a high school teacher of Russian and Social Studies for twelve years, read the news regularly from the local Strib outfit and regularly on occasion  from the New York Times until the 1970s when  the vile open sex, leftist, feminist, black racist rebellion of that decade….much of it violent and engineered by bomber Bill Ayers, Barack Obama’s buddy during his Chicago days.

I discovered Our Donald via newspapers decades ago, much of it from articles about his first divorce….a very nasty one.   I never thought much about him until he declared his candidacy for the US President that June, 2015.    On August 6, that year I became overwhelmed by an attack on  my own strange Trumpian glee of those days…..the moment when Megyn Kelly sought for his jugular at the Fox Republican presidential candidates debate by attempting to knock him out with her slap and slam quoting some pretty insulting words he had generalized  about women, and responded he only meant the vulgar Rosy O’Donnell.

I laughed so soundly that I sent myself to the computer to find out more about Our Donald…..I really like what I read…..especially a Trump card regarding the raising of his children…..”He is the best Father, any children could have”,  words  from the  mother of his three oldest.

A strange Trumpian glee came over me…eventually overwhelming me when during debate and soon after, I knew he was gifted of mind, quick of thought, very, very much in love with the family, school, and  country that made him who he is, and that we was a conservative by conscience……He has become my favorite candidate for the American presidency over the past century…..
