Anthony Kennedy’s AntiWhite Bigotry in Colorado Court Case A Cancer to American Jurisprudence

While listening to “Coach” Dennis Prager arrange his radio program lessons during the first hour of his show today, I learned about a recent  Supreme Court case decision starring loony-tune flake, Justice Anthony Kennedy.  Dennis referred to a case in Colorado where confused Anthony opened the legal floodgates in the forever future American court by challenging the age-old tenet that any evidence of juror misconduct can’t come from testimony of the jurors themselves….

In other words no matter what the reasons, fair or foul,  a juror might have wrought  from his or her life’s experience to the case, the decision made in each case is final…….but not of flakes like Anthony Kennedy, Judge or no judge,  have their bigotries met.

Bigot Kennedy, a noted feminist, apparently believes racism is a white disorder, perhaps even congenital.   He is a student of his generation, that is, a victim of the upper class white American elite which has provided his path to the narrow learnings of his class and then to his chair at the Supreme Court.

His mentor and guide on the Supreme Court, Anthony Scalia, died last year, leaving this flaky Anthony to think for himself.

Shortly after Dennis’ reference to this Anthony Kennedy matter, my neighbor dropped of a copy of yesterday’s leftist newsprint, the Minneapolis Star Tribune, a local, quite rural ‘news’ tribe wired in  deceit to the New York Times,  Washington Post, and Bloomberg View.   A Jewish fellow, Noah Feldman, came up with the following:

“In a powerful opinion that will become part of Anthony Kennedy’ growing liberal legacy, the Supreme Court held in a split opinion Monday that a jury’s verdict may be reopened if there is evidence of racial bias by jurors.  The decision confronted a legal contradiction between the interest in treating jury verdicts as a black box not to be opened and the imperative of racial justice – and opted for the latter.”

The Jewish leftist, Feldman, continues, opining:  “The decision is unusually honest and direct about how race in America his historically tainted the fairness of the judicial system.”

Well, where did that piece of bigotry come from?    Feldman answers with:

“Pena-Rodriguez v. Colorado stemmed from a jury’s conviction of Miguel Angel Pena-Rodriguez of sexually assaulting two teenage sisters.  After the trial was over and the verdict submitted, two jurors signed sworn affidavits stating that one of the jurors had told the others that he was a former law enforcement officer and that in his experience, “Mexican men had a bravado that caused them to believe they could do whatever they wanted with women.”

“For good measure,” leftist Feldman continues, the juror said that “nine out of ten Mexican men were guilty of being aggressive toward women and young girls.”  And he concluded that “I think he did it because he’s Mexican and Mexican me take whatever they want.”

Leftist Jewish Feldman immediately concluded in his ‘essay’ report, that these words were evidence of WHITE RACIAL BIAS which caused, therefore,  profound “juror misconduct”.

I do not know where Mr. Feldman was born and raised.   I can only match the evidence he provides…name, topic, politics, heroes and villains….and prejudices with my own life’s experiences.

For the first twenty years of my life beginning more than six decades ago, I was raised in an urban community, a neighborhood whose only minority was JEWISH.   I learned  very clearly, very early this Jewish community was bipolar….CONSERVATIVE, meaning civil, polite, friendly, even winsome…..and the rest, the obnoxious, mouthy, arrogant and very noisy, the “whatever was Left” group which began to accept me as a fellow human the beginning of the third grade only because I knew a host of things scholastic none of my Jewish colleagues did…..like map drawing by heart, knowing about World War II battles both in the Pacific as well as the “European Front”,  that I had a photographic memory and knew outdoor things like birds and plants, but couldn’t read…..”damaged goi goods” to this Left of the crowd in which I lived.

Practicing Racists  in America Are Black!…..a true generalization.

Relative to population, by far the most racist group in our United States of America today IS  black….but only the leftist kind, the vast urban fatherless uneducated.   The urban black male relative to population, is our nation’s  top murderer.  If one were to hear  or read  expletives, perhaps fifty per cent of the urban American black community readily expresses its racism against whites!

Where would they learn civility when there is no living, experienced, loving  father anywhere  in the crowd?

And then there are three leftist women, God forbid, attached to our Supreme Court.   Truth is nearly always second to feelings among these   leftist animals especially among the childless.

The Leftist Jew Feldman admires the breath of male in  Kennedy.  For the three dissenters, all real  males, he reports:  They, “seeing the principle of finality as more important than rooting out racial bias.  That view might be defensible in the abstract.  But in the particular circumstances of the U.S. justice system, the dissenters are wrong.”

Oh, are they wrong?   I have never considered a Mexican racially, even racistly different from any American…..certainly if he or she spoke English.

Nearly always it is the  lefty snob who writes and pines among today’s Eastern dictators at college and press including many from foreign but leftist lands to advertise panglobalism for their class.

Twenty five million immigrants have invaded the United States of America over the past two decades.   They didn’t come here to learn anything like yesterday’s immigrants who built America….NO, THEY CAME TO AMERICA TO SPONGE OFF THE GOVERNMENT  USING   AMERICAN WORKERS’ WAGES AND PROFITS FOR THEIR  ESCAPE.

Can any of you readers remember when the American population itself plotted this invasion?     What do you think Leftist, Barack Hussein Obama, had in mind for America when his crowd began creating SANCTUARY CITIES, those leftist communities separate from the nation’s LAW?

THE ILLIBERAL INJUSTICE AGAINST CHARLES MURRAY AT MIDDLEBURY COLLEGE

The illiberal injustice against Charles Murray

by Noah Millman   at the Week:

“Charles Murray deserved better.

The violent protests that greeted the conservative political scientist when he tried to speak at Middlebury College last week could be easily dismissed as the latest episode in the by-now tiresome campus speech wars. They shouldn’t be. Murray isn’t just another right-wing gadfly who enjoys provoking left-wing outrage. In a very real sense, if the left thinks he isn’t worth debating, then one has to wonder who they think is.

The story sounds like one we’ve heard before. Murray was invited to speak by a conservative campus student group. Protesters assembled to prevent him from speaking. They disrupted the speech to the point where it had to be canceled. Murray then repaired to a room to have his speech recorded so that those who wanted to hear it could do so. Protesters continued to disrupt the proceedings, and Murray was physically threatened as he attempted to leave the building. One of the professors who accompanied him was injured by the mob.

Murray’s account of the events makes for distressing reading, but one point he makes is worth reiterating: This has not been his experience with past protests. He notes that the college did all the right things in advance. They attempted to negotiate with the protesters to give them the opportunity to make their points while allowing the speech to continue. They arranged for the backup plan of recording the speech if the protests proved too disruptive. The college administration stood firmly and unequivocally for free speech and the marketplace of ideas. In his past experience, these have been adequate to ensure that protest was civil and did not ultimately prevent him from speaking. This time, that wasn’t enough.

Murray is no stranger to protest; if he says something has changed, it’s worth taking him seriously. He is infamous primarily for his 1994 book The Bell Curve, which argued that IQ measured important differences in intelligence between individuals that were highly predictive of success across multiple dimensions, and because of this our society was becoming increasingly stratified by cognitive ability. The primary locus of the controversy around the book related to his comments on differences in IQ between racial and ethnic groups, which Murray believes to be at least partly innate. It is understandable why such a view would invite a furious response. But the larger point about class stratification has only proved increasingly evident over time, and became the focus of his most recent book, Coming Apart. And with the election of Donald Trump, the cultural consequences of that stratification have powered the most astonishing political upheaval of our time.

All of which is to say: Murray is someone students need to hear from. He may be utterly wrong in his explanations for the phenomena he is studying. He may be thoroughly misguided in his proposed solutions. But he is asking questions that must be asked — and that must be asked in particular of a community of higher education which is a primary vehicle for the stratification he worries about.

Moreover, the concerns Murray is airing should be of particular interest to the left, which historically stands against the concentration of economic and political power, and against domination by a ruling class. If meritocracy and equality of opportunity does not increase social mobility and reduce class stratification, but the opposite, that would seem to be at least as powerful an argument for old-school left-wing solutions, like strong labor unions and the redistribution of wealth, as it is for Murray’s own conservative libertarianism.

But that’s why you have a debate….”   Please read on:
