GOOGLE SWINGS LEFT AGAIN

Google has done away with its Artificial Intelligence Ethics Board, apparently because leftists at the company objected to inclusion of Heritage Foundation President Kay Coles James on the board:

[E]mployees immediately claimed that James’s position on transgender identity involved advocating violence against them. An employee leaked an internal discussion on the issue, and the comments proved terrifying.

Some employees defended James’s addition to the board in the name of including diverse perspectives. Even this suggestion was demonized.

“I think that people have been very clear that the problem with the Heritage Foundation isn’t that they ‘don’t think like I do’ but that they actively and stridently advocate for religiously based anti­LGBTQ+ policies that immiserate my friends, colleagues, and comrades and has a real and damaging impact on their lives,” one employee wrote.

Disagreement is violence! I met Kay James at a dinner a year or so ago, and can assure you that she is not a proponent of violence.

The Heritage Foundation has hosted many events criticizing transgender identity. It has hosted former transgender Walt Heyer, who runs the website SexChangeRegret.com. It has hosted Julia Beck, a lesbian feminist who got kicked off of the Baltimore LGBT Commission for disagreeing with transgender identity.

Beck has warned that embracing transgender identity in civil rights law would allow biological men in women’s bathrooms and changing rooms and in women’s sports.

That seems rather obviously correct. But transgender activism has entered the holy pantheon of leftist ideologies that cannot be debated.

Mike Wacker, a Google employee concerned about animus against conservatives and Christians at the company, warned that conservative employees at Google are terrified of defending Kay Coles James internally, “especially if someone reports them to HR. That fear is justified.”

Corporate human resources departments are among the main sources of evil in today’s world.

Wacker pointed to a survey from the Lincoln Network, in which one conservative tech employee wrote, “Employees will interpret your words in the most offensive way possible, then report you to HR based on that interpretation. It’s one big offendedness sweepstakes. When people get in trouble, it’s often based not on what they said, but on how others interpreted their words, regardless of how unreasonable that interpretation is.”

“I’ve seen someone get reported to HR for sharing a National Review article,” the conservative employee wrote.

MUELLER AND TRUMP, PART 2

Scott wrote last week about Byron York’s revealing podcast with John Dowd, who represented President Trump during a substantial portion of Trump’s dealings with special counsel Robert Mueller. Byron has now posted, on Ricochet, the second installment of his interview with Dowd. He writes about it here. An excerpt:

In our earlier talk, Dowd stressed that the Trump White House fully cooperated with Mueller’s investigation, and that on more than one occasion Trump instructed Dowd to inform Mueller that the president respected the prosecutor’s work. But how could one say Trump fully cooperated when the president was, at the same time, loudly denouncing the probe as a “witch hunt” and a “hoax,” and bashing Mueller’s prosecutors as “17 angry Democrats”?

The answer lay in Trump’s longtime habit of operating on two levels. On the surface, Trump sets off controversies, often using Twitter to say something outrageous that sets the media agenda and leaves some commentators with their hair on fire. At the same time, below the surface, Trump is actually taking steps to get a particular job done.

That was true with the Russia probe. For public consumption, Trump was denouncing Mueller and trashing his team. Behind the scenes, Trump was cooperating and making sure his staff did the same. The Trump White House offered everyone (except, of course, the president himself) to be interviewed, and reams and reams of documents that other White Houses might have withheld on the grounds of executive or other privilege. So Trump simultaneously attacked and cooperated.

Asked about the attacks, Dowd said Mueller understood that Trump had to mount a political defense on the Russia issue. “Bob understood this, it was political,” Dowd said. ” [Trump] had to handle the political side, and that was his way of doing it with his tweets and his comments … Bob was a big boy about the political side of it. He understood the president had to address the politics of it. He couldn’t just say nothing. People were pounding him about this thing every day, both privately and publicly, and he had to take [Mueller] on.”

Interesting. Hypothesis: Trump adopts the persona of a vain and boastful man who overestimates his own abilities, because it is the surest way to cause his opponents to underestimate him.

…….Name an HONEST problem-solver programmed  female now ‘running’ or about to ‘run’ to become the next President of our United States who has been interested in learning knowledge!    The human female animal doesn’t  seem to spend a lot of time these days learning and sharing anything  much about truth, now that JudeoChristianity has become American  fascistic  Dem’s primary  enemy in the world.

That the  JudeoChristian  God is MALE!…..born the builder, protector, challenger, the   warrior, the  Savior, the judge, the wise man  to protect to  continue the future and nature of the species “Is a history which must be made to disappear”, today’s  Dem fem fascists screech and scream.   They feel it!   They are in the mood to rebel!

Yet, this female relative to her male still  invents nothing, thinks ditsy,  and builds little!  Nor has she ever really fought under fire in a fox hole.  Her sly cunning is  and always has been quite different  from the power and violence provided the human male.

She, and only SHE, bears children……her primary God-given gift!

Yet, today, these female  animals are likely  to show up and simply   explore and expand  their own moody  feelings  taught  at Harvard,  Columbia, Yale,  the University of California at Berkeley, Macalester,  and  Sarah Lawrence College and etc….etc…..and etc from coast to  coast  to raise hell rather than civilized children!

No matter how repulsive the many, the majority  of  the nation’s  television feminist shrilly, screechy voices possess and  pierce the ears of those who suffer  the  listen,  the lefty noises are the most repulsive in content, sound,  and delivery as if the world is already totally  theirs to hen!

Via today’s “Mother Nature” lefty prefers her native ditsy world, her powerful moody, dreamy,  emotional, piercing -kind of make-believe world.  She is taught to see herself  as today’s independent queen human female, rising to the top of their world….as she, they “feel” it from their bosoms styled by a  Maxine Waters, an Alexandra Ocasio Cortez, an Elizabeth Warren, a Dianne Feinstein  or Kirsten Gillibrand American with nose and noise free of  male Truth and Knowledge.   Some of the men in Congress  carry the same Nature…Don’t you agree?

And, yet most of our adult American  human male animals still dutifully labor as  her and the species’ primary protector!   Yet, in these United States of our America today,  ditsy chicks and fascistic friends  are preaching their fascistic  gospels as Truth of Our Day at schools, universities, and colleges from the Atlantic to the Pacific Oceans!

Moreover, our America is being invaded by millions of foreigners crossing illegally into the country southern borders  to be taken care of by today’s Dem  feminazis who need their votes to secure their lefty feelings forever in the future.
