Where Is The GOP Response to Hillary, Lerner, McCabe, and other DEM CRIMES?

Will We Ever Prosecute?

By Gordon Wysong  at American Thinker:

.

Imagine that the local cops know that a gang member, named William, broke into the pawn shop and stole guns, jewelry, and money.  William’s fingerprints, film image, and DNA add to the hard evidence log.  The owner knows it; the prosecutor knows it; William’s gang associates know it.  But he is not arrested.  Nearby shopkeepers and neighborhood mothers are asking why he is walking the street.  No one explains it; mum’s the word.  Could it be there is a grand plan to take out the gang’s leaders?  No one knows; mum’s the word.  Shopkeepers and residents are about to give up and start moving away from the area, and no one asks them to stay the course.

Fast-forward to today’s still vocal Obama gang.  Why no indictments?  Mum’s the word.  Can anyone hold to the faith in American justice?  Those who support the rule of law feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick a football.  It’s coming — oh, wait, it’s coming…oh, wait…

Without doubt, a criminal cabal is an extraordinarily complex organization, and understanding who did what, why, when, and how is a challenge to the mental faculties of anyone.  But, what happens if the full scope of activities is never clear?  Does everyone get off?  Does complexity confer immunity?

In engineering, there is no perfect answer to anything, so changes are made incrementally, addressing the problems as they are recognized.  Each step brings a clearer view of remaining problems, which are then addressed, each in its turn.  The completed project is still flawed, but the solution is practical and productive.

So it should be with a grandiose scheme like the Russia Hoax.  The ringleaders don’t have to be handled with kid gloves.  They don’t even have to be handled at all.  Just start with the low-hanging fruit, and get as far as possible.

Those old enough to remember My Lai, Vietnam, know that Lt. Calley and Cpt. Medina were not alone in their actions.  However, their prosecution forever changed the game of passing the buck on war crimes.

So, too, can rabid prosecution of bit players in the Russian Hoax forever change the landscape in plots involving treason.  Those who would participate at the lower levels must know they are subject to prosecution, so they remain circumspect in such a re-enactment of the coup attempt.  This would be the Achilles heel of another cabal — those who are intimidated by the prospect of prison.  Those who realize they don’t have sufficient rank to escape punishment will be loath to participate in such a scheme.  Without them, there will be no operational viability to an unlawful coup.

Admittedly, there are always problems in pursuing a criminal case.  It must be so under our Constitution, but it cannot be impossible!

Prosecutors don’t get all the information, but at a certain point, for each criminal, evidence accumulates that there is a real and provable crime.  It may not include every transgression of that person, nor is it the magic revelation, untangling the Gordian knot of the conspirators.  It is a simple criminal act.  It is what it appears, and it need not be put in the context of the big picture — it is as plain as the nose on your face.

That stage is the stimulus for a prosecutor.  It is the time to move.  If the DOJ acts, many of the sins can never be prosecuted, because the prosecution of their lesser crimes may foreclose pursuit of other crimes under double jeopardy protection.  However, failure to move puts evidence and witnesses at risk of being lost.  This point has passed for so many of the coup conspirators that it seems there will be no justice for many of them, like Lois Lerner.

Why?

A full recounting of all that is already known would be tedious, and to expound on the criminal conduct yet again seems shrill.  It is not necessary to understand the intertwining of all the crimes before simply bringing the charges that are facially obvious.  But the deferral of prosecution, for whatever reason it is done, allows many of the cabal to walk free when they shouldn’t.  In fact, the indication is that they are continuing the very conduct for which they should be prosecuted.

Why has McCabe not been charged with lying to the FBI, lying under oath?  Nothing more is needed to start the dominos falling.  Who will step forward to exonerate him?  No one can, and no one will.  That omission — of a vigorously supported defense — will send a message to the others in the coup conspiracy.

Why has Samantha Power not been indicted for violating national security requirements in unmasking or transferring her unmasking authority to others?  It doesn’t pass the smell test that she is too important to be prosecuted.

Why is Huma Abedin strolling around, free as a bird?  She forwarded classified emails to Anthony Weiner’s laptop.  What else is needed to demonstrate a crime?

Did Strzok do anything?  Did Page?   Which one lied to Congress?  Their contradictory accounts mean at least one is a perjurer.  Sure, there is more “there” there, but it isn’t necessary to keelhaul them; just send them to jail, and send others a message.

Listing all the cabal members, who are quite obviously criminal, is not easy — in fact, it is not doable.  It need not be the aim.  A public that finds this whole thing partisan or tedious will not be easily impressed if a 2,000-count indictment naming 43 people is suddenly dropped.  Bringing along the public is certainly part of sending the message for future conspirators.  It probably is better done gradually.

Removing the context and simply prosecuting crimes is the method to educate both today’s and tomorrow’s citizens.

Selecting single actors, and naming obvious crimes, will have a chance to convince even skeptical partisans that something is wrong.  The lack of support from other participants will indeed remove most doubt.

The full scope of what has gone on will never be known, but the lessons for future participants in such a scheme is essential.  The next time, the prosecution will be more severe, more certain, and more expedient.  Protecting the Constitution is more important than perfect justice.  Some miscreants will escape, but they will never sleep well again.  The lesson must be taught.

A DOJ that fails to move loses its credibility and its honor.  The foundation of the Republic is placed at risk.  Without the rule of law, what do we have?

At some point, deferral of prosecution is dereliction or abetting.  Has it reached that point?

Dems’ “Liar and Leaker” Schiff SHOULD ENTER BIG TROUBLE SOON!

Schiff Collusion with Whistleblower the Last Straw

By Daniel John Sobieski at American Thinker:

Perhaps House Intelligence Committee chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), would like to produce a transcript of his secret meeting with Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson at the Aspen Security Forum in July 2018.  Or maybe someone like ranking member Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) can make up a “parody” and read it into the record, as Schiff did with President Trump’s call with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky, both of whom publicly denied any collusion, pressure, or quid pro quo.

Liar and leaker Schiff had a transcript of the call and still made up his fable rivaling his fairy tale about having mounds of available evidence for everyone to see abut Trump’s mythical collusion with Russia.  We don’t have a transcript of Schiff’s meeting with Simpson, so we should be even freer to make stuff up about what each said, what each meant and heard, and what quid was promised for which quo.

Like Schiff’s Russian collusion delusion, Ukrainegate, to coin a phrase, is a made up scandal involving a questionable document with unverifiable or incorrect statements and allegations, chock-full of made up stuff and hearsay.  Like the Steele dossier produced through Fusion GPS, the Ukraine “whistleblower’s” letter to the inspector general is largely unverifiable hearsay or outright fiction.  Written by a CIA mole assigned to the White House who was not in the room or on the call, it is designed for one purpose: to bring down a sitting and duly elected president.

Now we find that Adam Schiff and committee staff had a copy of the letters before it was submitted to the I.G.  On Wednesday, the New York Times published a report that Schiff “learned about the outlines of a C.I.A. officer’s concerns that President Trump had abused his power days before the officer filed a whistle-blower complaint.”  As the New York Times related:

The early account by the future whistle-blower shows how determined he was to make known his allegations that Mr. Trump asked Ukraine’s government to interfere on his behalf in the 2020 election.  It also explains how Mr. Schiff knew to press for the complaint when the Trump administration initially blocked lawmakers from seeing it. …

Before going to Congress, the C.I.A. officer had a colleague convey his accusations to the agency’s top lawyer.  Concerned about how that avenue for airing his allegations was unfolding, the officer then approached a House Intelligence Committee aide, alerting him to the accusation against Mr. Trump.  In both cases, the original accusation was vague.

The House staff member, following the committee’s procedures, suggested the officer find a lawyer to advise him and file a whistle-blower complaint.  The aide shared some of what the officer conveyed to Mr. Schiff.

Schiff and his staff claim they had no hand in writing or editing the letter and did not coach the so-called whistleblower, even though his letter reads more like a legal brief written by a committee of lawyers.  Schiff, with  his track record, is not to be believed.

Take Schiff’s meeting with Simpson, an exercise in hypocrisy if nothing else.  Schiff, it may be remembered, accused House Intelligence Committee chair Devin Nunes of conspiracy with President Trump.  Conspiracies against President Trump and conspiring with Deep-State players are okay in Schiff’s alternate universe.  As Chuck Ross writes in the Daily Caller:

The Schiff-Simpson meeting has come under scrutiny because of Simpson’s role in pushing the unverified Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy theory.  Simpson has also been accused by some Republican lawmakers of lying to the House Intelligence Committee about his interactions with government officials while working on the dossier.

During testimony to the House panel on Nov. 14, 2017, Simpson withheld that he met with Justice Department official Bruce Ohr prior to the November 2016 election.  Simpson said that he met Ohr only after the election.  But Ohr told Congress on Aug. 28, 2018 that he and Simpson met on Aug. 22, 2016 at Simpson’s request.  They met again on Dec. 10, 2016.

Ohr’s wife worked as a contractor for Fusion during the 2016 campaign.  And after the election, Ohr served as the back channel between the FBI and Christopher Steele, the former British spy who worked for Fusion GPS on the dossier project.

During the same testimony in which Simpson has been accused of lying, Schiff sought investigative leads from the Fusion GPS founder.

Schiff,  who once called the rooftop heroes of Benghazi liars, is at it again.  He is not uncovering corruption; he is part of it.  His is the corruption that needs to be exposed, and his Intelligence Committee is part of the swamp that needs to be drained.

Count Schiff among the many leakers who have released classified information and testimony designed to damage and slander the Trump administration.  During the testimony of Donald Trump, Jr. before the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Schiff repeatedly left the room.  Coincidentally, of course, leaked information from that testimony began appearing in anti-Trump media even before the testimony concluded:

Donald Trump Jr. and his lawyer formally requested an investigation Tuesday into leaks from the House Intelligence Committee that followed Trump’s participation in a closed-door interview with committee members and staffers last week.

“The public release of confidential non-public information by Committee members continued unabated” for 24 hours after Trump’s supposedly confidential interview last week, Trump’s lawyer, Alan Futerfas, wrote in a letter delivered Tuesday afternoon.

The four-page letter, addressed to Rep. K. Michael Conaway (R-Tex.), the panel chairman overseeing the Russia investigation, complains about public comments made by three members of the panel, all Democrats, including the highest-ranking minority member of the panel, Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.).  The letter says that members and staffers began “selectively leaking information” even before the closed-door meeting ended.

Schiff sent a House intel staffer on a trip to Ukraine during August 24–31, just 12 days after receiving the whistleblower complaint.  To do what?  To dig up what?  It is reported the staffer met with the previous president of Ukraine, a friend of President Obama’s.

As reported by Gateway Pundit, Adam Schiff has strong ties to a prominent Ukrainian arms-dealer, Igor Pasternak, who has organized fundraisers for Schiff:

In 2013 Ukrainian Igor Pasternak held two different fund raisers for Schiff asking for contributions between $1,000 and $2,500[.] … Pasternak was reportedly in and around the Ukraine at the same time that Vice President Joe Biden had his son appointed to the Board of the Ukraine’s largest oil and gas producer[.]

Let’s investigate collusion with Ukraine to affect U.S. elections, Rep. Schiff.  Yours.

Schiff has defended Hillary Clinton and lied about her involvement in Uranium One and giving Russia 20 percent of our uranium reserves.  Talk about collusion with Russia!

Adam Schiff is a political hack, a swamp creature slithering past the truth while saying the American people can’t handle the truth.  What they can’t handle is swamp things like Adam Schiff.  It is he who should be impeached and removed from office

Is One Party Dictatorship with One Party SEX Our American Future?

GOOGLE MAN FIRED FOR SUGGESTING THERE MIGHT BE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE HUMAN FEMALE AND THE HUMAN MALE

“If Truth could be told and heard, it would be correctly reported that  the ditsies of the world, their feminists of all colors, sexes, shapes and sizes of our leftist days are drawn to the fascist state and its ONE PARTY DICTATORSHIP.

It’s a genes thing.    The   human female animal is by Nature not  interested in things fair and democratic.  She is not born to build, invent, inquire, explore, hunt and battle, to discover to perceive, deceive, and manipulate the unknown…….despite all of the propaganda, lies, distortions, fake news, and let’s pretend of modern American and other leftist life controlling our universities and schools, Google and other modern American social and political  industries, television,   the New York Times, the Washington Post, Los Angeles Times,  your local times, including many modern industry times.

In fascist North Korea a young adult male, not female American  brain was destroyed by its male police state folk and the body, mechanically still struggling to work was sent home to his America to die.

In today’s fascist left wing America a young employee working at GOOGLE was fired and ostracized for writing his belief that the human male and female animals aren’t really carbon copies.    The rest of the nation is supposed to be trained enough to blather and never forget by today’s developing contemporary  state and university leftist law,   “there are no differences between what used to be called male and female humans….period!”

Differences that matter in this new Obama-American new world  must only occur within  today’s  newly chosen, university designed,  ideally constructed single sex of the equally feminized.  They are an easier, safer, singular, more sheeplike  flock to obey and control.

Normal, traditional male males must be made to disappear.   These untethered, free thinking, curious, bigger, stronger, untransfigured, especially the JudeoChristians are  now mortal enemies of peace and the true Liberal left world.   As with today’s Google, they are  to be hated,  exposed,  ridiculed, and isolated  until eradicated, or  retrained or reconstructed.

(Hail Caesar  Google, our Glorious Leftist Guide.  We, who are about to die, SALUTE YOU!)    by Glenn Ray…..Please continue to  read the Fortune Female’s article on the Google matter below:

http://fortune.com/2017/08/09/google-diversity-memo-uber-crisis/

The above article is a rerun of its 2017 printing.
Are there in America more feminazis per square foot today?  Are they still forever crushed because their crooked, wicked witch, Hillary,  was defeated by a male?  Will they become more successful in removing our incredibly intelligent and gifted President Trump from the Oval Office?  What about the evil Adam Schiff and his horde of feminist liars?  Are they larger in number and with phonier  tales to sell in their three years of President Trump hate?  Is this the new modern America way to solve problems?
The human female animal is not born to build, invents, and problem solve despite what the fascists at university sell these days…
In JudeoChristian America past, the human female  used to be honored as a Mother of our children!

A Clarion Call to Our Jewish Americans!!

A clarion call to the Jewish people of the United States

By Myrna Lieberman at  American Thinker:

The Jewish New Year (Rosh Hashanah) is coming upon us and we listen to the shofar (Ram’s horn or trumpet).  In the Jewish tradition, if we do not listen to the shofar, the holiday has not been observed. The sounds of the shofar can be a battle cry, or a mournful cry. It is the sound of the presence of G-d, a call out to G-d when we need his intervention.

There are three basic trumpet calls, one is called T’ruah. It consists of rapid short bursts to arouse from our slumbering souls that have grown complacent; to alert the Jewish people for the need to come together for battle or the need to assemble because of an urgent situation.

This holiday is the anniversary of the creation of mankind and the renewal of our relationship with

G-d. As Judge, G-d will allocate what will happen to us in the coming year. Perhaps this is the ideal time for the Jewish people face an ugly fact:

The Democrat party, to whom Jews have been loyal since their arrival to America, is infested with Jew hatred and their support of Israel has eroded.  The Jewish members of Congress are silent. They have failed to learn the lesson of the Holocaust which is this: It is the responsibility of every individual to not be silent in the face of hate but to confront it.  In the past, Jews in Europe didn’t want to believe what they heard or saw until it was too late.

I believe it is the same situation when it comes to the Democrat party.

The election of   Representative Ilhan Omar of Minnesota to Congress is a good example of Jews not wanting to ask the hard questions of a political candidate. After winning election, Omar changed her position. The Democrat party never called her out.

Omar tweeted an anti-Semitic trope which accused Jews of buying influence and forcing America to support Israel — “It’s all about the Benjamins” — and accusing Jews of dual loyalty.

On March 7, 2019, The House Democrats had an opportunity to pass a resolution condemning Jew hatred and naming Omar.  Instead, they chose to water it down to a resolution against all hate, and didn’t name her.

On August 19, 2019 Democrat Representatives Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan held a press conference bashing Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump for denying them access to Israel and called on the United States to cut foreign aid to Israel.

Both Congresswomen, failed to disclose that their trip was sponsored by Miftah, a pro terror, anti-Semitic Palestinian organization whose founder and chairwoman is Hanan Ashrawi.  She was the former spokeswoman for Yasser Arafat, who was the leader of the Fatah movement and chair of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). The goal of both organizations is the destruction of Israel.  Ashrawi was forced to apologize in 2013 for publishing an article criticizing President Obama for hosting a Passover Seder at the White House. The article fostered an old anti-Semitic conspiracy theory that Jews put Christian blood in Matzah.

Both of these Congresswomen spout virulent anti-Semitic comments on social media and shared an anti-Semitic cartoon drawn by Carlos Latuff who was a second place winner of Iran’s International Holocaust Competition.  Both women are supporters of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions campaign whose ultimate goal is the destruction of Israel, which means another holocaust against the Jews.  This is an Islamic-inspired campaign against Israel and the number one contributor to the rise of Jew hatred on U.S. college campuses.

The Democrats have long been associated with the Women’s March, which has been hijacked by Linda Sarsour and Tamika Mallory, both of whom defend their relationship with Louis Farrakhan, the leader of the Nation of Islam, whose anti-white anti-Semitic rhetoric is well documented.  Most of the Jewish women resigned and left. The March refused to condemn anti-Semitism

Many of the Democrats use Holocaust analogies to promote their political narratives, which trivializes the memory of the 6, 000,000 Jewish people murdered by Nazi Germany simply for being Jewish.

Representative Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) compared concentration camps to where the U.S. is housing illegal immigrant children “The United States is running concentration camps on our southern border and that is exactly what they are. They are concentration camps.”  This is a false comparison and unacceptable for a Representative of the U.S. Congress

Presidential Candidate (D) Marianne Williamson said the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will begin mass deportations is “no different “then when Jews face deportation in 1930’s Nazi Germany.

Presidential candidate (D) Cory Booker from New Jersey, during a June 8, 2019 campaign event in Iowa, compared U.S. Immigration policies to the U.S. policies of the 1930’s when the country rejected a boat carrying a Jewish Holocaust refugees. He then reversed his position during a live interview with the Washington Post in July 2019.

Democrat Congresswomen Ocasio-Cortez, Omar, Pressley and Tlaib, known as the “The Squad, “are the face of the Democrat party. The face of hate.

Not one Democrat, not one Jewish Democrat has stood up against this promotion of hate against the Jews and Israel, our only ally and the only Democracy in the Middle East.

This sends a message that that the anti-Semitism is the new normal.

What is it going to take to wake my fellow Jews from their slumber that Jews are no longer relevant to the Democrat party?

Dem’s Minneapolis Violent Crime Exploding Like Dem’s Fascism Everywhere Else!

TRUMP VISITS A CITY IN CRISIS

by  John Hinderaker  at PowerLine:

A number of American cities are in crisis–San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle and Los Angeles come to mind–but Minneapolis is giving those better-known towns a run for their money. Violent crime in Minneapolis is rising alarmingly, and it is getting international attention as a result of an incident that was recorded by security cameras. In broad daylight, just outside the entrance to Target Field, where the Minnesota Twins play, a gang of feral youths beat and terrorized a random man. The video was played by a local television station, and since then has been seen around the world:

Rising crime has created serious problems for the city’s boy mayor, Jacob Frey, and its City Council. Representatives of the four professional sports teams that play in Minneapolis went so far as to jointly author an op-ed in the Star Tribune calling on the city to step up law enforcement: “City leaders must act to keep downtown Minneapolis safe.”

The reality is, downtown Minneapolis isn’t as safe as it once was. Nothing will stop people from coming downtown more quickly than the perception or reality that it is unsafe. Our professional sports teams are collectively urging Mayor Jacob Frey and the Minneapolis City Council to invest in public safety for downtown Minneapolis.

We are not alone. This opinion is shared by many who call Minneapolis their home. A recent survey found that an overwhelming 68% of Minneapolis residents supported adding 125 police officers, and 63% support adding 250 officers. Given that resounding show of public demand, support for Mayor Frey’s proposal to add 14 police officers is the very least we can do.

Indeed. The city’s chief of police wants to add 400 officers, so the mayor’s 14 would seem a bare minimum. The problem, as the head of Minneapolis’s police union has pointed out, is that city officials are uniformly anti-law enforcement:

The city council…ran on an anti-police agenda and they all made it. It’s ultra-left. It’s been [an] extreme Democrat-controlled council. It’s been that way for 22 years. …

It’s an ultra-left agenda that the police are the problem. [They say] it’s a racially biased criminal justice system here, and we need to de-police. That’s the overtone of our council.

Even in the wake of the most recent homicides and other violent incidents, City Council members are clinging to their leftist illusions. Thus, one Council member says the Council is trying to do “a better job with our youth violence intervention strategies to support the youth who are in the downtown area between 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.” I don’t think most residents believe the problem is that criminals who are wandering the streets in the middle of the night lack “support.”

This is the context in which President Trump will visit Minneapolis for a rally at the Target Center on Wednesday. Locally as nationally, Democrats stir up hatred against the president to distract from their own disastrous failures. Mayor Jacob Frey issued this statement:

Under ordinary circumstances, it would be an honor to welcome a sitting President of the United States to Minneapolis and to showcase all our city has to offer on the national stage.

“Ordinary circumstances” means, if we had a Democrat president.

But these aren’t ordinary circumstances. Since taking office President Trump’s actions have been reprehensible…

I would love to cross-examine Mayor Frey about which of Trump’s actions have been reprehensible. Reforming the tax code? Reducing regulations? Driving a sharp increase in economic growth, with unparalleled job opportunities and rising wages, especially for lower-income workers and minorities? Advancing American interests abroad, while standing up to the Chinese and Russians? Actually, I think the most “reprehensible” thing Trump did was to surprise the Democrats by beating Hillary Clinton.

…and his rhetoric has made it clear that he does not value the perspectives or rights of Minneapolis’ diverse communities.

Unless, of course, those “perspectives” include a desire for better jobs and rising wages. As for “rights,” I have no idea what he is talking about.

On October 10, our entire city will stand not behind the President, but behind the communities and people who continue to make our city–and this country–great. While there is no legal mechanism to prevent the president from visiting…

Mayor Frey acknowledges that if he had the legal power, he would stop the President of the United States from coming to Minneapolis. Of course, we shouldn’t single Frey out. I am pretty sure our left-wing Governor, Tim Walz, would ban Trump from Minnesota if he could. That is the depth of extremism to which the Democratic Party has sunk.

…his message of hatred will never be welcome in Minneapolis.

Actually, the president’ speeches are cheerful, upbeat and inclusive. If Frey wants to find some hatred, he should look closer to home.

Trump Visits a City In Crisis

When will Americans Begin to Notice the Schiff Fascists Now Destroying Our American Dream to Seek and Honor TRUTH!

Where would we Americans be today without the devotion for truth and freedom exercised by honest Jewish folks such as John Hinderaker and Dennis Prager?

Our American Christian community, may God Bless Them, seems to have retreated into the Roman catacombs again  (for another 500 years?).   At least they still worship the importance of Truth over Evil when  80% of their voters went for  and elected Donald J. Trump to the American Presidency in 2016!!

THEY, ABOVE ALL OTHER AMERICAN GROUPS  RECOGNIZED HILLARY’S FASCISTIC  EVILS.

What makes Evil in a live human animal? ……  THE ABSENCE OF TRUTH AND HUMAN DECENCY, something I learned at Church and in school, kindergarten to college and graduate school when America was still the AMERICAN DREAM!

It isn’t too hard to understand….UNLESS YOU ARE FASCISTS LIKE  ADAM SCHIFF,  NANCY PELOSI, JERRY NADLER,  CHARLES SCHUMER, RICHARD BLUMENTHAL, BERNIE SANDERS, ERIC SWALWELL, MAXINE WATERS, GEORGE SOROS, HOLLYWOOD, AND UNIVERSITIES and other mouths running today’s Fascistic Dem Party absent of traditional American values dreamed and honored.

Fox News is also among this crowd of evil, but probably not by design…., perhaps their STAR animals don’t know the evil they are  nursing when selling  Adam Schiff and crowd.   “Conservative” Fox advertises “fair and balanced”  news….and so,  sells  Schiff FASCIST disorders and lies  as equal to those honest traditional Republicans and Democrats who still honor and strive for Truth and honesty but are too gutless or too uneducated to know or remember how vitally important EXERCISING TRUTH IS IN A FREEDOM LOVING COUNTRY  LIKE AMERICA IN MY LIFETIME  STRUGGLED TO MAINTAIN WHEN IT VALUED THE GUIDE OF GODFEARING JUDEOCHRISTIANITY!

I have never met John Hinderaker, one of my heroes trying to save our traditional American values in our days of Schiff swamp.   He seems to be a very gentle gentleman when evaluating the fascist and fascistic horrors now overwhelming our dreams of America!   Such gentlemen are better than no gentlemen at all.

The human female animal prefers security over freedom.   Fascism whether German, Soviet, Maoist, or Schiff-style doesn’t really seem to matter as long as she feels ‘SECURE’.

Ban All the Red Hats?

Pelosi’s Dem Fascists Collect to Attack President Trump with Impeachment!

TRUMP STRIKES BACK

by  John Hinderaker   at PowerLine:

The Democrats are way out on a limb, determined to impeach President Trump on the basis of an innocent phone call with the President of Ukraine. A little while ago, President Trump tweeted and Instagramed this short video. Its message is, I think, entirely correct. The video illustrates how hard it will be for the Democrats to get anyone (outside their media empire) to take their impeachment charges seriously:

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

I AM DRAINING THE SWAMP!

UPDATE: I should add that the Biden family’s corrupt business deals, trading on Biden’s status as vice president, perfectly illustrate the debased Washington culture against which Trump ran as a candidate. He says, “I AM DRAINING THE SWAMP!” And, in this instance, he is. It is one reason why the Democrats, and a few Republicans, are so eager to get rid of him.

…….THE NEW YORK TIMES AND WASHINGTON POST:

TRANSCRIPT SHOWS NO WRONGDOING BY PRESIDENT TRUMP

by  John Hinderaker  at  PowerLine:

The just-released transcript of President Trump’s July 25 conversation with Ukrainian President Zelensky confirms the president’s statement that he did nothing blameworthy with regard to the Biden investigation. The conversation was friendly and wide-ranging. There was discussion of how much the U.S. is helping Ukraine:

Trump: I will say that we do a lot for Ukraine. We spend a lot of effort and a lot of time. Much more than the European countries are doing and they should be helping you more than they are. Germany does almost nothing for you.
***
Zelensky: Yes, you are absolutely right. … [T]he United States is doing quite a lot for Ukraine. Much more than the European Union especially when we are talking about sanctions against the Russian Federation. I would also like to thank you for your great support in the area of defense.

Trump next brought up the subject of alleged Russian hacking of the DNC’s email system during the 2016 election. The exchange is rather cryptic (to me, anyway) but it appears that Ukraine has something to do with the whereabouts of the server that the DNC refused to turn over to the FBI:

I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine, they say Crowdstrike… I guess you have one of your wealthy people… The server, they say Ukraine has it. There are a lot of things that went on, the whole situation. I think you’re surrounding yourself with some of the same people. I would like to have the Attorney General call you or your people and I would like to get to the bottom of it. As you saw yesterday, that whole nonsense ended with a very poor performance by a man named Robert Mueller, an incompetent performance, but they say a lot of it started with Ukraine. Whatever you can do, it’s very important that you do it if that’s possible.

Zelensky agrees, and goes on to talk about his desire for closer cooperation with the U.S. Among other things, he is replacing Ukraine’s ambassador to the U.S. If Ukraine really does have the long-sought DNC server (why? I have no idea), it could shed light on the 2016 email intrusion.

Zelensky continues by referring to investigations:

I also plan to surround myself with great people and in addition to that investigation [i.e., the server], I guarantee as the President of Ukraine that all the investigations will be done openly and candidly. That I can assure you.

Trump takes up the invitation to talk about investigations. This is the directly relevant portion of the conversation:

Good, because I heard you had a prosecutor who was very good and he was shut down and that’s really unfair. A lot of people are talking about that, the way they shut your very good prosecutor down and you had some very bad people involved. Mr. Giuliani is a highly respected man. He was the mayor of New York City, a great mayor, and I would like him to call you. I will ask him to call you along with the Attorney General. Rudy very much knows what’s happening and he is a very capable guy. If you could speak to him that would be great. The former ambassador from the United States, the woman, was bad news, and the people she was dealing with in the Ukraine were bad news, so I just want to let you know that. The other thing, There’s a lot of talk about Biden’s son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it… It sounds horrible to me.

That’s it. I can see no basis to criticize President Trump’s request. Zelensky responded:

I wanted to tell you about the prosecutor. First of all I understand and I’m knowledgeable about the situation. Since we have won the absolute majority in our Parliament, the next prosecutor general will be 100% my person, my candidate, who will be approved by the parliament and will start as a new prosecutor in September. He or she will look into the situation, specifically to the company that you mentioned in this issue. The issue of the investigation of the case is actually the issue of making sure to restore the honesty so we will take care of that and will and will work on the investigation of the case. On top of that, I would kindly ask you if you have any additional information that you can provide to us, it would be very helpful for the investigation to make sure that we administer justice in our country with regard to the Ambassador to the United States from Ukraine as far as I recall her name was Ivanovich. It was great that you were the first one who told me that she was a bad ambassador because I agree with you 100%.

The conversation concludes with some pleasantries. President Trump winds up discussion of the investigation with this:

I will have Mr. Giuliani give you a call and I am also going to have Attorney General Barr call and we will get to the bottom of it. I’m sure you will figure it out. I heard the prosecutor was treated very badly and he was a very fair prosecutor so good luck with everything.

It is obvious what went on here. There was corruption on both sides of the deal. A Ukrainian natural gas company, Burisma, retained Joe Biden’s son Hunter and agreed to pay him $3 million–$600,000 a year for five years. There is no conceivable way that Hunter Biden could provide $3 million worth of legitimate services to a Ukrainian company. Undoubtedly Burisma was buying (or thought it was buying) influence with the Obama-Biden administration.

A Ukrainian prosecutor was investigating Burisma for corruption, potentially including the Biden payoff. Joe Biden has boasted that he threatened to cancel a $1 billion loan guarantee package, demanding that Ukraine fire the offending prosecutor. Ukraine’s prior government acceded to Biden’s demand. As far as I know, Hunter Biden continued to collect his $600,000 annually.

The new Ukrainian government, under President Zelensky, is commendably willing to reopen the corruption investigation that was quashed by the prior Ukrainian administration, which was friendly to the Obama-Biden administration.

So President Trump is doing the right thing in encouraging Zelensky to get to the bottom of a corruption investigation that may extend both to Ukraine and to the United States. That investigation, if it is pursued to the end, might not end happily for the Biden family, which apparently, at least, has gotten caught with its hand in a multi-million dollar cookie jar.

Meanwhile, the Democrats are rushing headlong toward impeachment. I don’t think there is much doubt that they will proceed to vote articles of impeachment. I don’t see how they can back down after the wild accusations that they are now making with one voice. To take just one example, I got an email this morning from Keith Ellison, the Attorney General of Minnesota. Ellison wrote:

Trump has colluded with foreign powers to pervert our democracy, betrayed national secrets to our enemies, lined his own pockets, broken the law and violated the Constitution.

Congress owes it not to politics but to history and democracy to impeach. I applaud Speaker Pelosi for taking action yesterday to protect the rule of law.

This, and all similar talk about Trump “shredding the Constitution”–that was Joe Biden!–is simply insane, in the context of the Ukraine matter. How Trump’s conversation with Zelensky, or any related action (as yet unspecified) could possibly have “violated the Constitution” is inexplicable.

So it appears to me that we are on a collision course with the alternative reality in which the Democratic Party lives.

Pansy Pelosi Garbles IMPEACHMENT Again……Corrupt Biden to Disappear?

IMPEACHMENT IS ON

by  John Hinderaker  at PowerLine:

Nancy Pelosi announced today that the House will begin a “formal impeachment inquiry” against President Trump over the Ukraine matter:

“The actions taken to date by the president have seriously violated the Constitution.” Mr. Trump, she said, “must be held accountable — no one is above the law.”

This is rather silly, as so far, no one knows what President Trump did with regard to Ukraine. It is entirely possible–likely, in my view–that he did nothing whatsoever that was blameworthy. And it is not clear how anything he might have done would have violated the Constitution.

Trump, for his part, pushed his chips into the middle of the table by announcing that he will release an unredacted transcript of his conversation with Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, tomorrow. I think we can assume that the transcript will not reflect particularly badly on Trump.

The Ukraine “scandal,” whatever it proves to be, has serious potential to boomerang on the Democrats, since we know for sure that Joe Biden, as vice president, did precisely the worst thing that Trump can be accused of. By his own account, he pulled a $1 billion loan guarantee to force Ukraine’s government to fire a prosecutor who was investigating a company that paid Biden’s son Hunter $600,000 a year for…what? Influence, presumably. Hunter had nothing else to sell.

I think there is no chance that Trump did anything comparable. To the extent that he urged Ukraine’s president to reopen the investigation that Biden squashed, I have a hard time finding fault. It is possible that the exchange between Trump and Zelensky could contain a discussion of Biden’s history that the Democrats will not enjoy reading.

Does today’s announcement mean that the Democrats are committed to voting articles of impeachment? I think so, unless the Ukraine gambit turns out to be a complete disaster for them. House Democrats, like Pelosi, have prejudged the case and are calling for impeachment. Their base is driving them to take this stance notwithstanding the fact that the relevant facts, as to the Ukraine matter, remain unknown. (The “whistleblower,” it turned out, lacked any first-hand knowledge of the purported scandal.) We should know before too long whether the Democrats’ far-gone base is driving them over the cliff.
