LAURA INGRAHAM LIVE FROM TWIN CITIES

Laura Ingraham is broadcasting from the Twin Cities this week and reporting on subjects of local interest with national implications. Jon Justice caught up with her this morning. I appreciated Laura’s comments on the Twin Cities. She doesn’t indulge in the simplified take that we deserve what we get.

In the audio clip below she takes up the other side of the story of the Minneapolis Police Department that I have neglected here. I have asked over and over who in his right mind would go to work for the department. Laura expresses her regard for those who continue to serve.

After Arizona’s primary, Mark Kelly is starting to sweat

By Monica Showalter at American Thinker:

Tuesday’s primary in Arizona, after a long and extended count, has come back with a solidly Trump-endorsed result.

Do Democrats have reason to worry? Well, Townhall’s Katie Pavlich has noticed that incumbent Democrat Sen. Mark Kelly, who will face off against Trump-endorsed Republican Blake Masters who won in a cakewalk, certainly sounds nervous:

In an email to supporters, Kelly noted the strength of Masters’ Trump endorsement and fretted about low fundraising dollars.

“It’s official: We have our Republican opponent in Arizona. Here’s what that means for our race: Experts all over the country agree: Arizona is going to be one of the closest races in the country this year. And now that the stage is set for November, all eyes are on us,” Kelly wrote. “My opponent has the full support and endorsement of Donald Trump. So we can expect more rallies and attacks from the former president aimed at amping up his base. All the strength Trump can drum up is on its way.”

“I know you’ve gotten a lot of emails from me recently, but we can’t start the general election off on the wrong foot. And right now, we’re falling behind our fundraising goals,” he continued. “The amount isn’t as important as the donation itself, because it’s going to take A LOT of people chipping in as much as they can to reach our goal. Help us fight back and win this November.”

So he’s got fundraising problems, and he’s worried about the Trump effect, something that polite society has always assured us was the kiss of death to candidates.

Yes, he ought to be worried. Perhaps he’s taken a look at his own voting record, because Arizona’s voters probably have.

According to the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC):

Instead of putting the needs of Arizonans first, Mark Kelly has proven that he is nothing more than a reliable vote for Chuck Schumer’s radical, far-Left agenda. In fact, Mark Kelly has voted with Chuck Schumer 98% of the time — and with Bernie Sanders 94% of the time.

Which is pretty embarrassing, particularly as it combines with his flaming hypocrisy:

On the campaign trail, Mark Kelly repeatedly touted his “independent,” nonpartisan spirit:

Yecccch.

Voters hate that kind of phoniness, and this clown has been leaning on Kyrsten Sinema to actually show some independence, something even she caved on with the badly misnamed “Inflation Reduction Act” of 2022.

With her joining him, it’s just his naked record now.

The border surge, inflation, the failures of public education, and now this legislative monstrosity are going to be major problems for Kelly going forward, given the number of Hispanic voters who now make up at least 24% of the electorate in Arizona (I’ve seen higher, with some sites reporting 30%), all of which amounts to a fourfold increase over the last two decades.

Let’s look at how the Blake victory and several of the others came out:

First, the Blake victory came about by the high percentage of independent voters in Arizona’s open primaries. Who are these independent voters? They come in all demographics, but Hispanic voters, at last count, are 49% independent.

Wow. And they pulled the lever for Trump’s man Blake.

Here’s another one.

According to local station KOLD 13:

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) – It’s estimated that 644,600 Latino voters will cast a ballot in the 2022 midterm elections in Arizona this year, a record number.

That estimate made by the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials.

“At the end of the day, one of the things we always say, the Latino vote shouldn’t be taken for granted,” said Dorian Caal, the director of research for NALEO.

And with numbers that large, and Caal says that’s a conservative estimate, no one will be taking the Latino vote for granted.

Hear that? Record numbers. KOLD 13 starts its report well, but slides into idiocy when it quotes a Latino establishment NGO activist who claims that global warming is what’s bothering Latinos.

“There are also other issues that are important that we sometimes don’t associate with the community,” Caal said. “Climate for example, climate change more specifically.”

Really? A recent Rasmussen survey found that “climate change” ranks rock bottom with voters across the board, and particularly low as a voter concern with Hispanic voters. I am sure the issue is important to the well-suited lefty foundation activist.

Now let’s get to what is going to hit Latino voters hard — the uncontrolled border is one, inflation is another, and education is a third, all broad issues with many factors making life hell for voters.

But the focus on Kelly may well be on Kelly, in his specific vote for the “Inflation Reducation Act” of 2022, which will be passed before the midterms as Democrats’ signature accomplishment to sell to voters, or swan song, or middle finger to the electorate, before they are thrown out nationally in November.

There’s lots of global warming government spending in that one, $369 billion in pork, which should keep inflation stoked for just a little longer for Hispanic voters and everyone else. Kelly voted for it.

That may be hard to pin on Kelly given that many voters don’t know that money-printing causes inflation.

But here’s something that will: Tax enforcement, lots of tax enforcement in that bill Kelly plans to vote ‘yes’ for. The bulk of the tax enforcement planned is set to target small business, which Democrats claim will bring in revenue enough to the government to bring inflation down (by less than 1% over ten years), but supposedly worth $124 billion to the government, according to Democrat estimates.

Who owns a lot of small businesses in Arizona, which is a huge repository of small business, more than 500,000 entities, and where 91% of the jobs in the state are?

Yes, Hispanics, at least a quarter of the state’s small business owners are Hispanic, right there in proportion to their representation in the electorate, but a larger percentage compared to whites who own small businesses.

The tax enforcement contained within the “Inflation Reducation Act” that Kelly is handing his vote for is going to … hit Hispanic voters hardest.

The whole thing is premised on auditing small businesses up the wazoo, forcing them to incur legal defense expenses, to hire more accountants, and other things that small businesses do not have the resources to do. Then, if the IRS finds something on these tiny enterprises through its newly granted massive surveillance powers or legal firepower, the small business will lose, and be subject to bankrupting fines and possibly criminal charges for the owners. The newly minted IRS agents will be all over these small businesses, harassing all of them, looking for something to pin on them and it’s going to make being a small business owner quite a nightmare.

Sound like a formula for success for Kelly in winning over Hispanic voters with their huge entrepreneurial sector?

Mark Kelly — and every other Democrat in Arizona ought to be worried once this monstrous business-hating law kicks in with all its greenie pork and ‘beast mode’ IRS enforcement.

The reality is, they are going to take some major hits from Hispanic voters who will see the government tax apparatus Kelly has turbocharged coming after them.

It would make sense for this boob to start sweating, because his compulsive ‘yes man’ politics in the service of Chuck Schumer targets the voters he can’t afford to ignore.

PROBLEM: TRUTH DOESN’T ALWAYS WIN OUT AND ALMOST NEVER APPEARS AMONG DEM FASCISTS!

BIDEN ADMINISTRATION CALLS FOR CENSORSHIP ON ENERGY

This is shocking, or would be in a sane world: Gina McCarthy, the Biden administration’s National Climate Advisor, is openly calling on tech companies like Facebook and Twitter to censor any dissent from the administration’s “green” fantasies. McCarthy says the tech companies “have to stop allowing” people to disagree with Biden. No doubt the people she wants to censor include Steve Hayward and me, among many others:

In my opinion, Gina McCarthy and the Biden administration disseminate misinformation on climate and energy 24/7. But I think they should be “allowed” to do so. Truth will win out, but only if it is not censored.

We wrote here about the lawsuit that the states of Missouri and Louisiana have brought against the Biden administration, accusing it of coercing, or colluding with, tech companies to violate Americans’ First Amendment rights. Watch for Gina McCarthy’s open call for censorship to be an exhibit in that case.

George Perry Floyd Jr. (October 14, 1973 – May 25, 2020) was an African-American man who was murdered by a police officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, during an arrest after a store clerk suspected Floyd may have used a counterfeit twenty-dollar bill, on May 25, 2020.

Minneapolis has been a lefty voting center for nearly 40 years….I used to live there when I was a Democrat! I wanted to please my wife! I taught Russian and Social Studies at one of its high schools. Crimes never dominated the culture….We lived in Swedish America where Lutherans went to Church.! But violence was becoming BLACK, RANK and CRIMINAL within the black neighborhood schools. Stones and guns arrived among black males as weapons when our school played football at their field the year I chaperoned on one of the buses. The lefty white administration sitting in the principal’s office declared “Nothing ever happened”…..to white parents whose teenagers had been victims.

A few years later I wound up teaching Russian and Social Studies at the major, “colored” high school in Minneapolis. Whites were bussed in from other city school districts to reduce the cultural violence, quite successfully, except for the white teachers whose automobiles were destroyed in their parking lots five or six pre month during school time. Harry Vakos was an assistant Superintendent of Schools in Minneapolis.

He insisted that any complaints by any whites in or out of school about black violence, were white racists and should be put in jail! Teachers above all would be fired if involved.

George Floyd junior was stealing one nasty morning! His height was six four and weight, 250. He also had a problem with drugs, lots of them…..and getting money when needed. He didn’t seem to be mean, but he needed something to take. So, he thieved!

THE POLICEMAN ‘WHO MURDERED’ George Floyd was hanging on to the violent thief’s body the best he could…. against A VIOLENT CROOK SOMEWHAT INSANE, but powerful, WHO REFUSED TO HAVE COPS SEND HIM ‘DOWNTOWN’.

FASCIST LEFTIES HAVE BEEN BURNING AND THIEVING MINNEAPOLIS SINCE THIEVING GEORGE FLOYD DIED!

DEMS RULING MINNESOTA AND MINNEAPOLIS HAVE BEEN SHORT ON HONESTY FOR TWENTY YEARS OR MORE! SAVAGE DEMS PROVED THEIR POINT BY BURNING, BURNING, AND BURNING AS RIOTING FASCISTS THE SPRING OF 2020……

Many, probably most, victims of this Dem Attack that Spring in Minneapolis, were shop owners who never caused any trouble to anyone…..such as officer Derek Chauvin, the 5’8″, 160 foot police officer who happened to do what he could to stop the WILDMAN ANIMAL GOING NUTS, GEORGE FLOYD!

Dems have owned Minneapolis and most of Minnesota for decades…..Their savage ranks are pretty good untelling TRUTHS recently ….SUCH AS DEREK CHAUVIN BEING A MURDERER…..ghr

SINEMA & THE STAR TRIBUNE SIGN ON

Senator Kyrsten Sinema has signed on to a slightly tweaked version of the Schumer/Manchin Bummer Beyond Belief bill that is to be passed via the reconciliation process. Politico reports on Sinema’s approval here. Judging by the ecstasy of the Star Tribune editorial board about the bill — they buy it “price controls” hook, “climate control” line, and “inflation reduction” sinker — it is a destructive mess. The editors get extra credit for treating Amy Klobuchar as some kind of an authority. Classic.

I turn to one of our readers who writes with comments on the idiotic Star Tribune editorial that go to the merits of the Schumer/Manchin bill.

* * * * *

I’m a Nebraska resident who started following your site a few years ago. I’ve had a particular interest in media bias over the years and the impact it has on forming public opinion. I even worked for Newsbusters for a time before other commitments came calling.

I remember learning through research that the State of Minnesota has historically one of the highest percentages of residents in the U.S. who get their news via newspapers. So I always read intently anything you write about the Star Tribune and got in the habit of checking out their website regularly to see what they’re up to, a habit that begun with their frothing coverage of the Covington “controversy.”

I have to say that if the people of Minnesota truly do place so much emphasis on what they read in that newspaper it certainly explains why Republicans have so much difficulty winning elections in the state. For example, their latest editorial is the purest piece of straight-up propaganda I’ve seen in quite some time:

Just look at some of the things they write here:

It is also fiscally responsible. The bill pays for expenditures by closing existing tax loopholes that for too long have allowed the largest corporations and wealthiest individuals to escape paying their fair share of taxes. Among the revenue raisers: a modest 15% minimum tax on the largest corporations — those with more than $1 billion in profit. No one who makes less than $400,000 will see an increase in their tax rates.

* * * * *

“This is a landmark bill,” [Minnesota Senator Amy] Klobuchar said. “Americans, Minnesotans, are struggling so much with costs right now. What this bill does is, after getting through pandemic, put us on a path forward to reduce costs for families. This is not just a baby step, but a big step to bringing down inflation, and taking on climate change and the pharmaceutical industry — two things deemed impossible for years.”

Of course, the Penn-Wharton study has been much discussed this past week and it concluded that the bill would increase inflation. As did over 230 economists from the University of Chicago, Notre Dame, Virginia, Princeton, Columbia, Duke, et al.

And as Marc Thiessen succinctly sums up here, the Joint Committee on Taxation found that the bill would “raise taxes on Americans earning less than $200,000 to the tune of $16.7 billion in 2023 and would generate $14.1 billion from those making between $200,000 and $500,000 a year.”

But those inconvenient facts did not mesh with the Star Tribune’s narrative and interfered with their ability to tell us how awesome the bill is. So they simply excluded any mention of those findings and used quotes from Clinton/Obama treasury flack Larry Summers and prominent Democrat donor and Moody’s analyst, Mark Zandi, instead.

The editorial makes no mention that the bill more than doubles the size of the IRS (which we all know the real reason for Democrats wanting) and ends in an attack against Republicans for not supporting a bill that “does much for the constituents in their states and the country as a whole.”

This is the very definition of propaganda. And ironically, it comes from an outlet seemingly obsessed with “misinformation. [Citations omitted.]. I have actually taken a screenshot of this editorial being how I’ve noticed that the Star Tribune has been scrubbing their archives and making inaccessible a lot of their past embarrassing articles (e.g., “Russian collusion” articles, Trump’s border crisis, etc.), and I imagine it will be a mere months before it disappears from existence when crow du jour starts being served.

Thus, if you ever find yourselves entertaining the possibility that you might be a bit hard and repetitive in calling out the Star Tribune, you’re clearly not. If anything, you’re not being tough enough on them. They may have officially crossed that threshold from being unethical and annoying to being a legitimate danger to the people of your great state.

Have a good weekend.

Pelosi Cares Enormously About Nancy, FAIR OR FOUL!

If Nancy Pelosi Cared About Confronting China She’d Do More Than Stage Political Theater

BY: JOHN DANIEL DAVIDSON at the Federalist:

AUGUST 04, 2022

Nancy Pelosi

Speaker Pelosi’s Taiwan trip was about shoring up her legacy, not actually doing anything to check China’s rise.

Author John Daniel Davidson profile

JOHN DANIEL DAVIDSON

The ebb and flow of the corporate news cycle almost always distorts and distracts rather than informs or enlightens. So it was this week with the coverage of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s trip to Taiwan, which produced the intended effect of eliciting lazy puff pieces lauding her “three-decade career of challenging the Chinese government on human rights and other issues,” as the New York Times’ Carl Hulse dutifully put it.

But make no mistake: Pelosi did not go to Taiwan to stand up to China. She went for her own purposes, to shore up a narrative about her legacy as a tough American political leader who has always stood up to autocracies like communist China in defense of democracy. Remember that time she unfurled the banner in Tiananmen Square and the police yelled at her? Of course you do. Hulse and his colleagues have made sure of it.

In reality, the Taiwan trip was pure political propaganda, lapped up and regurgitated by a sycophantic press unwilling to admit the obvious fact that Pelosi, like every other establishment figure in Washington, has never been serious about standing up to China.

Indeed, Pelosi’s long political career, much like President Joe Biden’s and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s, maps almost perfectly onto China’s steady economic and military rise, especially over the past two decades. Apart from occasionally staging a little political theater, Pelosi and her fellow Democrat leaders have done nothing to slow or even impede that rise — quite the opposite, in fact.

Consider just some recent examples. During the thick of the Covid-19 pandemic, in the fall of 2020, Pelosi blocked a bipartisan House bill that would have curtailed the influence of Chinese-government-funded Confucius Institutes at universities across the country. Around the same time, her House Democrats denounced a bill that would have called out Beijing for spreading the conspiracy theory that Covid originated in a U.S. military lab, absurdly calling the bill racist and xenophobic.

Earlier that year, Pelosi’s House Democrats dropped out of what was supposed to be a bipartisan “China Task Force” overseeing congressional strategy on China. When Democrats bailed on the task force without an explanation the day before it was set to launch, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy moved on without them.

Just this week, Pelosi and Schumer got near-unanimous Democrat support to pass the CHIPS bill, a massive tax-and-spending spree meant to bolster U.S. semiconductor manufacturing and scientific research. The idea behind the bill is to increase our competitiveness with China, so the legislation bars any U.S. entity that does business with the Chinese Communist Party from receiving funds.

But it also provides broad carve-outs that allow companies to continue funding CCP semiconductor manufacturing, and it authorizes the National Science Foundation to act as a gatekeeper between Chinese intelligence and the U.S. semiconductor industry, allowing the NSF to award grants to colleges and universities that partner with the aforementioned CCP-controlled Confucius Institutes. As the Daily Caller reported last week, China might be the biggest winner in the CHIPS bill.

Setting all that aside, though, if Pelosi and the Democrat establishment in Washington had at any point over the last 30 years really cared about countering China, if Pelosi really ever believed in an “ironclad” U.S. defense of Taiwan’s democracy, as she said this week, then they would not have spent decades selling out their own country to the CCP. They would have opposed China’s admittance to the World Trade Organization. They would have done more than wring their hands at the brazen theft of U.S. technology and intellectual property by the Chinese government. They would not have stood by and done nothing while China established an archipelago of militarized, artificial islands in the South China Sea over the past decade.

Above all, if checking China and defending Taiwan were really something Pelosi and the Democrats cared about, they would have taken concrete action, at some point over the long years, to reconstitute the United States Taiwan Defense Command. That command, at one point some 19,000 strong, was stationed in Taiwan from 1954 to 1979 and was gradually drawn down beginning in the early 1970s as part of our détente and the opening to China orchestrated by President Richard Nixon and Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.

Today, we not only have no military presence on Taiwan, we have almost no way to stop China from invading the island if Chinese President Xi Jinping decides to act. Our Navy is in a dire state of disrepair and unreadiness — in sharp contrast to China’s, which since 2014 has been the world’s largest by ship count and might be winning the arms race. As Wallace Gregson argues in a recent essay in The National Interest, time is running out to prepare for war with China: “Our warning time in the western Pacific has expired.”

Even now, on the heels of Pelosi’s departure from Taipei, China’s navy has maneuvered into position for massive live-fire drills that will encircle the island.

So let’s dispense with the polite fiction that Pelosi, or Biden, or Schumer — or, for that matter, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who has been around just as long as they have — has any interest in confronting Beijing or defending Taipei.

President Biden can bluster about defending Taiwan from a Chinese invasion, as he did in May, and Pelosi can pose for photos with Taiwanese lawmakers while talking tough about the world facing “a choice between democracy and autocracy,” but by now we all know the truth: They won’t do anything to stop China’s rise — or its aggression.

“This is about our liberties being stomped on.”

Never Forget the Government’s J6 Political Prisoners

By J.B. Shurk at American Thinker:

The J6 political persecutions claimed another scalp when Guy Reffitt was sentenced to more than seven years in prison, even though he did not engage in any violence, nor enter the U.S. Capitol.  The outrageous punishment, the longest prison term yet handed down, appears to be government retribution for Reffitt’s “hyperbolic statements” secretly recorded in his home by his teenage son.  So, once again, the D.C. Despots have thrown down the gauntlet against constitutionally protected free speech.

Of all the Leviathan’s fiendish and reprehensible acts these last ten years (the IRS and DOJ’s targeting of conservatives, the Hillary-Obama-FBI Russia collusion hoax designed to take down a sitting president, the Pentagon’s forced experimental “vaccination” of servicemembers against their religious and conscientious objections, etc.), its no-holds-barred onslaught of malicious prosecutions and vengeful incarcerations against January 6 political protesters takes the cake.  The government’s wildly inappropriate use of the FBI and courts to stamp out certain political speech and intimidate Americans into silence and compliance is such a blatantly un-American miscarriage of justice that it leaves me seething with anger.  It can’t happen here?  It has happened here.  And the federal government’s vindictive and authoritarian response to January 6 only adds to the voluminously accumulating proof that Washington is filled to the brim with sadistic tyrants who would have felt right at home in Stalin’s Soviet Union.

I feel for every one of the Americans who have been made to suffer so that D.C. can huff and puff and make a show of its iron-fisted powers, intended to leave the rest of the country in a state of docility and fear.  From my point of view, all of these defendants, their families, and their friends deserve our thoughts and prayers.  There was a time when I might have been willing to concede that some random “trespasser” swept up in the passions of the moment went too far on January 6.  That time has long passed.

The harsher and more unmerciful the Gestapo has been in hunting down and persecuting patriotic Americans, the less willing I have become to care about what happened to Chuck Schumer’s fax machine or Nancy Pelosi’s morning liquor stash.  The more irrefutable the evidence showing the presence of government agents in the protest crowds stirring up trouble, the more J6 has looked like a government-run setup job, not an organic mob riot.  The more Congress’s ignominious J6 Commission has preposterously insisted that the day’s events were nothing less than an orchestrated conspiracy to overthrow the government of the United States, the more the whole affair has been reduced to a Machiavellian charade willed into existence by a cynical and desperate bureaucracy committed to using it as a vehicle for imprisoning Donald Trump and squeezing the life out of a MAGA political movement threatening the D.C. Establishment’s cushy existence.

The more undeniable the proof showing that Ashli Babbitt was executed in cold blood and Rosanne Boyland was kicked and beaten to death, the more the government’s preferred narratives surrounding the “Capitol attack” have sounded like pure propaganda.  Every time President-in-Name-Only Joe Biden and his known associates have lied to the country and falsely claimed that J6 protesters killed police officers that day, the more certain I have become that the government’s heavy-handed response is irredeemably corrupt and illegitimate.  Every time Antifa and Black Lives Matter arsonists and vandals have committed real violence against innocent civilians and walked away without so much as a slap on the wrist, the more furious I have become at D.C.’s two-tiered system of politicized “justice.”

I have no doubts that the unscrupulous Washington syndicate intends for us to see and understand the two-tiered criminal justice system as unmistakable proof of its absolute power.  If we are livid about what we see, then the D.C. Despots using J6 to punish their political enemies are giddy.  If we are eager to point out the hypocritical ways in which Washington’s “ruling class” showers leftist rioters with praise while condemning anyone even remotely connected to the rallies on January 6 as a “terrorist,” that cabal of sanctimonious frauds couldn’t care less.  They want us to know they hate us.  They want us to know that they have power.  They want us to believe that we have none.  It’s a dangerous game.

As a recent study attests, hardly anybody showed up to the political rallies on January 6, 2021, with even the smallest inclination to engage in what the media and political classes have assured Americans was a full-blown “insurrection.”  After two years of being falsely labeled “terrorists,” “extremists,” and “insurrectionists,” though, many Americans will never view the federal government favorably again.  The way Congress and the U.S. military unapologetically discarded and dishonored Ashli Babbitt, an Air Force veteran, while extolling her murderer as a hero, has not been lost on America’s warriors.  Babbitt’s execution — both physically and reputationally — was a shot in the heart to any American patriot who would have eagerly run into danger for America’s defense before the D.C. collective sought to sully her memory and good name.  Is it any wonder, then, why the military is struggling to find new recruits?

Washington’s permanent bureaucracy may be quite happy to leave Americans stewing in a wasteland of ineffectual apathy and impotent anger.  But what happens when the D.C. Club rubs so much salt in Americans’ open wounds that anger becomes nothing less than righteous and unremitting rage?  Washington instigators have inflamed tensions and pushed the “insurrection” lie for so long that one day Americans may finally give them what they so desperately seek.  What happens then?  Well, whatever happens, it won’t take place in one of Adam Schiff’s Soviet show-trial committee hearings.

I want to draw your attention to the words of Nicole Reffitt, J6 political prisoner Guy Reffitt’s wife.  Nicole, who walked to the courthouse hand-in-hand with Ashli Babbitt’s mourning mother, delivered a poignant statement to the press after Guy’s stiff sentencing:

We didn’t expect anything more from the two-tiered justice system here in the D.C. area.  There’s not going to be a 1-6er who will not be persecuted for their political ideology.  No matter if you’re a liberal, an independent, a Republican, this is not OK.  The way that people protest in the future will be determined on their political ideology, if it’s OK to charge them or not to charge them. …

He went that day because the United States is the last great stand we have.  And if we allow our country to be driven into the ground by the corrupt, evil politicians here in this city, one day at your kitchen table the FBI is going to come in and tell you that you stood up at the school board meeting and you are now a domestic terrorist.

So wake up, America.  This isn’t just about Guy Weley Reffitt.  This isn’t just about 1-6.  This is about our liberties being stomped on.

We have thoughtcrimes, State-decreed lies, and political gulags haunting America — a triumvirate of tyranny that now heralds the Washington way.  It is the federal government’s behavior — not the actions of J6 political protesters — that should stir in the blood of every American an uneasy sense that something within our nation is terribly amiss.

Think about Nicole’s words.  Think about what they mean for America’s future.  Think about what they mean for America’s place as a refuge for liberty unmatched and unknown across much of the world.  Remember everyone unjustly punished for thought and speech “crimes” on January 6.  Do…not…ever…forget.
